Roger Ran to the window dragging Eddie with them , he saw the Weasels getting out of their car.
" Come on! Get the lead out will ya! Move it would ya! Move it!" The Leader of the Weasels Smart ass said as they made their way into the building.
"Yaaaaggghh! IT'S THE TOON PATROL" Roger yelled in Horror as he tried to hid under the Murphy bed but it folded back into the wall.
"Hide me, Hedy and Eddie. Plplplplease." Roger said as he dived into the desk drawers once again dragging Eddie with him .
"Ungh!" Eddie groaned in pain as he hit his head on the Desk
" Remember, you never saw me" Roger said he popped his head out of the desk drawers
"Get out of there" Eddie yelled in Anger before he pulled Roger out of the desk by his ears
which Hedy gave him a heated look that said 'That's Strike two mister'
"Don't let em .find me! Come on, Hedy and Eddie. You two are my only hope" Roger said once he was out of desk.
"Open up in the name of the law! We know where you are. We know you're in there! Open the door Valiant" Smart ass said as he banged on the door .
"Plplplease Hedy and Eddie . You know there's no justice for toons anymore. If the weasels get their hands on me... I'm as good as dipped" Roger said in a pleading tone.
Which made Hedy's heart break for the poor guy then she got a determined look on her face
" Uncle Eddie I'm only going to say this once rather you help me clear Rogers name or not I'm not going to watch a Innocent toon get killed for a crime that they didn't commit so, are you with me or not ?" Hedy said in a serious tone .
"Hedy I promised your Father that I wouldn't let anything bad happen to you, I'm with you" Eddie said in a serious tone .
"Thank you Uncle Eddie , now let's hid Roger from the weasels" Hedy said with a smile
Eddie and Hedy then hid Roger in Sink that had their laundry in just before the Weasels blasted their door open with a Tommy gun.
" Looks like they gave us the slip, huh, boss?" Greasy said as the Weasels made their way into the Apartment.
"Nah. Valiant's got him stashed somewhere, Hold it right there" Smart ass said as he held Eddie and Hedy at gunpoint.
"Hello boys I didn't hear you come in" Eddie said as he scrubbed his socks
"Was shooting the door really necessary" Hedy said with her wet hands on her hips .
" O.K. wise guy Where's the rabbit?" Smart ass said as he pulled up chair to stand on , completely ignoring Hedy's objection.
"Men" Hedy said as she rolled her eyes and wiped her soaked hands on her apron, she then went to asses the damage done to the door.
"Haven't seen him" Eddie replied as he did the laundry
"What's in there?" Smart ass asked as he smelled something foul .
"My lingerie" Eddie replied as he held up a soaking wet sock
"Sheesh Valiant" Smart ass as he held his nose a turned away
Roger then came up out of the water coughing and gagging , Eddie patted his back which made him spit up water, Eddie then dunked Rogers head back under water before Smart ass turned his attention back on Eddie.
"Search the place boys. And leave no stone interned", Smart ass said before the rest of the Weasels then started to tear the apartment apart looking for Roger.
