Fog hovered over the seas
Clouding our eyesight
But as stubborn as Odysseus was he demanded that we keep rowing
Across the endless sea in search of land.
Hours go by as I force my scrapped rough hands to keep going.
Birds flew high above the sky as time crawled slowly by.
This journey back home has been hell,
Finally we come in the view of land anxious my brothers and i rowed faster.
Faithfully we followed Odysseus onto the land as dangerous as it seemed .
Odysseus states "brothers, have we never been in danger before this?
More fearsome, is it now, than when than Cyclops penned us in his cave?
What power he had!
Did I not keep my nerve, and use my wits to find a way out for us?
Now I say by hook or Crook this peril too shall be something we remember.
Heads up, lads!
We must obey the orders as I give them."
Bow ready and loaded Odysseus lead us onto the land
We head towards the Scylla
Nothing... nothing... There was nothing we do but fight
The hideous beast of the gray rock came into our sight
Past the Cliffside she harbored torment for my brothers and I
We rowed past the strait as we wore worrisome expressions
When she vomited it was an intense fire
Just when we thought things could not be any better
She swallows the sea, a funnel formed
Sucking in rocks and trees
I watched as the color drain from my brothers tan faces
Eyes wide with fear
Then the Scylla made her attack wiping away six of my brother
Voices called my name as the world became small
In that moment I feared death
She showed no mercy as she ate my brother it was then my turn
Blood filled the water
Death filtered the sky
As her claws clamped onto my waist lifting me high
I took one last look at the infinite sea
It was then that everything went dark as she finished my wore down body
The end
