Chapter 15 - Moving In With Them

As Lala and I was heading home I noticed Rito was waiting on tbe gate, then a sneaked up on him and gave him a scare, which resulted for him to fell on this ass then as I laughed and help him get on him feet again

"Jeez Mozuto... Dont scare me like that..."

Then i laughed and pat his shoulder "sorry dude, the chance was so great to let it pass, so lets go?" Then he nodded and followed him towards their house as Lala is currently staying there

Me, Lala, and Rito talked as we were heading towards his home, as he asked if I knew Lala is an alien and if I'm gonna be the next king of the universe, I just told him my honest answer that I dont want that such responsibility, but if its the price I gotta pay for Lala's hand then it might not be that bad

Rito also share his hardship with Lala in the first week, and I lightly hit her head as I scold her saying "you shouldn't trouble the host you are currently staying" but she just chuckled as she hugged my arms and said "its fine, because Rito is kind" then I looked at Rito with a apologetic look but he just shrugged it as if saying, "dont apologizes I dont really mind it" such a kind soul

As we are enjoying our chat we didnt notice that we already arrive in his house, then Rito went infront of the door and opened it, then saying I'm home, then a girl with gold-brown eyes and brown hair greeted us, then her eyes widen when she looked at me but quickly composed herself, I can see that shes holding herself back and acting like the mature in the house 'looks like I'm gonna spoil her in the future' then I greeted her

"Its been a long time Mikan-chan" I looked at her with a gentle look, her eyes went a  it a bit teary but held it back from leaking as she greeted back

"Indeed it is Mozuto" as she also replied with a gentle smile

'looks like someone is being mature a bit too early, she didn't call me Mozu-nii! Please call me like you've always been Mikan-chan!'

Then she lead us towards the dinner table as we eat and share my adventure for them hear, they were awe from it

Soon the dinner finally ended as Mikan was cleaning the table I offered her some help but she refused but of course im not gonna back down, and eventually she just accepted the help

The atmosphere is quite clam, there's nothing awekward about it, but instead we enjoyed the silence

After we finished cleaning the dishes, i was about to go home but she called me out that I should just stay as its already late

Soon lights out finally came, but I called her for some talk of course she agree as we headed towards the living room and took a seat on the couch

"So how have you been Mikan-chan" I said as I looked at her besides me, but theres an reasonable space between us to breathe

"I'm alright Mozuto thanks for asking, and also can you just drop the 'chan' as we are no longer children"

I just looked at her as if saying 'are you serious?'

"Looks like someone is mad that I didnt even message her after i left" then she grab her skirt as she clench her hands into a fist
