Chapter Five

Y/Ns P.O.V

I was sat in class when there was a knock on the door, it then opening to reveal Aizawa and Principal Nezu. The small rodent talking "Ishiyama sensei, is it alright if we take L/n for a while?" Cementoss nodded and I got up, gathering my stuff and following the two members of U.A. faculty "Have I had too many detentions that you're expelling me?"

Principal Nezu shook his head as he turned on Aizawa's shoulder to face me, who was behind "No, not at all, class 1-A will be sitting the assessment along with both you creators, after all, you mentioned that it might be fun. Along with you both springing it upon the students with no word of warning, so you can suffer with them." That's when we reached the classroom, Aizawa holding the door for me "Place your bag under my podium." I nodded and moved around to take my bag off and slide it in the space that was under his podium. Standing straight I found Principal Nezu stood on the podium, Aizawa holding the papers at the other side of the podium.

The small creature began talking "So today you will all be sitting an assessment devised by your teacher and L/n, who will be sitting it with you..." I looked towards him due to his pausing. Only to find he was looking slightly down towards me, after all, he stood on Aizawa's podium. Making it so he almost stood at the same height as Aizawa whilst I stood much shorter than Aizawa and nearly the podium for I was lucky to have my eyes peeking above it.

I smiled and turned away from him to look at the class "We were initially taking the test to see how to 'mark' it, after all, no answer is incorrect for it is all down to personal preference, or well, decisions and ideals. Not academics, hence us feeling that it was appropriate to drop this assessment upon you all without warning, but we're doing it now to suffer with you on this surprise assessment... As well, it really doesn't change much, it'll just reveal what areas need a little bit more attention to make you the best heroes possible, so answer truthfully and I wish you all the best of luck!" Aizawa then continued on "Whilst this does not go towards your grade, it is to be taken in test conditions and you'll be given a set amount of time, which is the remainder of this lesson, is there any questions before me and L/n hand these out?"

A boy with blue hair shot his hand up "Who will be marking these assessments?" Principal Nezu spoke up "I will, Aizawa sensei knows you all and L/n wouldn't be able to mark down anybody, and because she is still a student who shouldn't be marking student work." Everyone sat still for a while and Principal Nezu nodded to Aizawa, he handed me half the papers and we moved around to dish them out before moving back to the front, Aizawa then handed me a clipboard that had the assessment paper pinned to it. I carefully took it and bowed my head. "You may all begin, best of luck!"

I took the pen that was on the clipboard and wrote my name on the front before opening the paper up.

'1) Why did you originally wish to become a hero?'

At sight of the question I thought back to the years ago in which I came to know that I wished to become a hero.

Playing at the park was one of mine and my four sisters favourite pass time activities, I mainly stayed with our mum as they pushed one another and switched on the double swings. Mum brushed her finger carefully against the scar that sat on my right cheek, I tilted my head back to look at her "Don't you want to go play with your sister's Y/n?" I shook my head and cuddled more into her as I watched the four "I don't wish to disturb them, they are happy!" She hugged me closer to her "I'm sure there is something you can all play together!" I smiled up at my mum "I'm happy being here with you!" She kissed the top of my head "What did I do to get a sweetheart like you?" I just grinned and she smiled back "No matter what Y/n, can you promise me you'll always be happy and kind, for you never know what's going on in somebody's life." I nodded "Yes mumma, I promise!"
