MHA: Cloverfield

Chapter 1: Midoriya

(Sorry for the low quality video at the top. It was the only one for the Cloverfield Intro I could find.)

Izuku Midoriya awakens at 5:30 AM, and heads to the kitchen. He starts making pancakes for him and his mother. When he finishes, his mother awakens, confused by the smell.

Inko: "Izuku? Did you make this for me?"

Izuku: "Of course! I wanted to suprise you."

Inko: "My sweet boy. I don't deserve you. *Cough*"

Izuku looks at mother with a worried look.

Izuku: "Are you okay?"

Inko: "Yeah. I'm just a little sick. I'm gonna be alright. *Cough*"

Izuku: "I can stay home today and help take care of you."

Inko: "No sweetie it's okay. Honestly."

The two sit down and when they finish eating, Izuku kisses his mother goodbye and walks to his school. While walking, his friend, Katsumi Bakugo, sees him standing across the street reading a manga. She sneaks up behind him and grabs the manga.

Katsumi: "What's this?"

Izuku: "Oh Jesus! Hey Katsumi. It's a manga about a boy in a world of superheroes and he doesn't have any powers and he's treated like garbage for it."

Katsumi: "That sounds depressing."

Izuku: "He inherited another superheroes power though and now he's training to be the new Number One Hero."

Katsumi: "Oh. Well read away nerd."

She hands him back the manga and they continue walking towards the school. As they got closer, Izuku starts visibly shaking, alerting Katsumi.

Katsumi: "Hey. You okay?"

Izuku: "I hate this school. You, Momo, IIda, Shoto, and Jirou are the only reasons I even go here."

Katsumi hugs her friend and leads him away from the school.

Izuku: "Where are we going?"

Katsumi: "I arranged us all to be signed out of school today. You, me, and the other dorks are spending the day at the mall."

Izuku: "Why today?"

Katsumi: "Because I felt like you'd need it."

Izuku smiles, and Katsumi sneaks up on him by kissing his cheek and running to the mall, giggling the whole way there. Izuku blushes by chases after her as they meet up with their friends.

Elsewhere in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

On the Tagruato owned Chuai Station, the latest and most advanced deep sea drilling station, scientists are extracting a yellow mixture from the bottom of the ocean. A group of security guards enter the room and throw a small group of eco-terrorist to the ground. One of the officers kneels down and unmasks the leader.

Guard: "Keigo Takami. Previously arrested for stealing private security camera footage from a Tagruato building in Tokyo, Japan. You've gone a step too far now Takami. Anything you wanna add?"

Keigo: "Please...we have to go...we're gonna fucking die if we stay here...please."

Guard: "Depends. What did you see down there?"

Keigo: "I don't know....Something, is down there."

The guard motions for his men to leave the room. Once they all leave, the guard unties them all quickly and hands them handguns.

Guard: "Jesus Keigo! What'd you see man?"

Keigo: "I don't know, I....I think It's alive."

The drilling platform begins to shake and the guards outside begin firing down into the water. Debris from the station flies up into the air, falling on many guards in the process. Keigo, Rumi, and Teddy (Guard) all run towards a helicopter. They start it up and begin flying off, as the station sinks into the Pacific Ocean and a thunderous noise is heard.

Teddy: "Keigo. What the hell is down there?"

As they fly away, Rumi sees a large silhouette swimming away from the station, heading for Hosu, Japan.
