Chapter 126

Bongbong's POV

One day before the wedding, Sara and I can't meet first.

They said it was superstition so we agreed

Kasalukuyan akong nagbibihis dahil may kakausapin ako na napakaimportante sa buhay ni Sara. I talked to him on the phone the other day and he wanted us to meet so I agreed.

After I got dressed, tinawagan ko muna ang pilot ng plane.

I asked if the plane was ready and he said yes. He also said that they were just waiting for me.

Then bumaba na ako, pagbaba ko I couldn't catch my children anymore so I really hurried out.

Paglabas ko ay nakita ko ang isa sa drivers, nagsenyas lang ako tsaka sumakay na sa kotse at umalis na.

When I arrived at the airport, I hurried to enter.

When I got on the plane, I prayed first. Then the plane take off.

*After 1 hour & 55 minutes*

The plane landed here in Davao. I left the airport and took a taxi.

I just said where to drop me off and after more than thirty minutes the taxi stopped.

After I paid I went down. The taxi left and I caught my breath, I looked around, it was beautiful.

A place where fresh air will open as soon as you set foot.

I walked to find the exact place where we would meet.

When I got there, I saw a man sitting while looking at the view from the front.

I approached slowly and as I approached is napatikhim ako.

Bongbong: Mr. Duterte.

He turned to me and immediately stood up.

Rodrigo: Mr. Marcos.

We shook hands and decided to sit down.

No one tried to speak to either of us. Until I decided to be the first to speak but I was about to speak when he suddenly spoke.

Rodrigo: Kamusta ang buhay Mr. Marcos?

Bongbong: O-okay lang naman sir. *Nervous*

I said nervously because it was my first time seeing him.

Rodrigo: That's good, tsaka nga pala, tawagin mo nalang akong tatay total din naman papunta *Smirk*

Bongbong: S-sige po t-tay.

Rodrigo: Huwag kang kabahan Mr.Marcos, hindi naman ako mangangagat. *Slightly laugh*

I also laughed a little.

Bongbong: Pasensiya na po t-tay, ngayon lang kasi kita nakita. Tsaka tawagin niyo nalang din po ako sa pangalan kong Bong, masyado naman pong pormal ang Mr. Marcos.

Rodrigo: Sige Bong.

Napasinghap naman siya.

Rodrigo: So bukas na ang kasal, tama?

Bongbong: Opo tay.

Rodrigo: Alagaan mo anak ko ha? Huwag mo siyang sasaktan ha tsaka huwag na huwag susubukan, masisira buhay mo.

Bongbong: Opo tay, makakaasa ka po. Aasahan ko rin po ang iyong pagdalo sa kasal.

Rodrigo: Makakaasa ka rin Bong, tsaka sabik na rin akong mayakap ang mga apo ko.

Napangiti kaming dalawa at nagpaisipan naming magkwentuhan.

He talked about what happened to him. He told that he will be deported so he married another woman.

He also told that after he got married, they returned here in the Philippines. He said every day he was going near Sara's house to at least know their state in life.

He said he had a child with his new wife and they named her Veronica.

We shared many stories with each other, until we didn't realize the time. He invited me to eat lunch so I agreed.

After we ate we said goodbye to each other.

When I arrived in Manila, I went straight home. I threw my body on the bed and said to myself.

"I can't wait to see you my love, I hope you like my little surprise for you. I love you so much."
