Letting the man raise her hand as she spits out the blood seeping from her lip. She slides the hair tie down her hair and lets her long curls fall down her back as she always does. Once he releases her hand she jumps down out of the cage and makes her way to the back of the warehouse.

"Here you go." Donny hands her a stack of cash as she unlocks the ratty locker and pulls out her bag.

"Thanks." Shoving it into the bag and pulling out some wipes she starts scrubbing the blood off herself then pulls out a pair of sweats and a hoodie.

"Where did you learn to fight? I have never seen someone with a winning streak like you who doesn't do this professionally and I don't think I have ever asked."

"First off, watch what you say, you're going to jinx me." She turns around and knocks on one of the wooden benches. She isn't going to risk it. "My parents put me in dance when I was young and I used to force my uncle to practice with me. I would make him leap around the house, do turns til he thought he would throw up, and often squeeze him into a tutu. After a while, we needed a new hobby so he started to teach me to fight. He was in the special forces and taught me everything I know." She closes her locker and she can see some follow-up questions hanging off his lips but she does not talk about her personal life down here. One person finds out that she worked with cops before and she will never get on that board again. "Have a good night."

"Night you crazy mother fucker."

Throwing up a peace sign over her shoulder she pulls her helmet down and exits the warehouse. Driving back to Manhattan doesn't take long since she isn't concerned about her safety. Her mind is in its classic fogg ass she mindlessly weaves through the dark streets. When she comes down past Central Park there is one thing she couldn't get out of her mind.

The view from the top of August's building.

Driving past she circles around and parks her bike in the back alley. She grabs a couple bobby pins from her backpack and starts to jiggle them around in the lock. Within a minute she is in and has snuck her way into the stairwell. Climbing up a few floors then walking down the hallway where she gets in one of the elevators. Hitting the button for the top floor it doesn't start to move. "Dammit, I forgot about the code." She mumbles to herself grabbing her phone luckily she still had the program that could scrub through and find the code. Popping off the screens frame she plugs it in and waits as it begins filling in the pin code.

A minute later the elevator dings and it takes off. Quickly climbing floor by floor until she reaches the top. Stepping out into the small foyer area outside August's penthouse. Quietly walking past his door she grabs the bobby pins again but finds she doesn't need them. The door is already cracked open. She slips out of her boots so she can move up the last few steps as quietly as possible. Peeking her head around the corner as she walks out to the roof. Looking around there is nobody there.

She krept over to the far side to the concrete wall that separates August's private property from the small area that is used by the building management, it was only about ten square feet though. Everything else is a part of the penthouse that takes up the top five floors of the building. Sneaking over she tightens her the straps of her backpack that is also holding her helmet and shoes then she climbs up the wall the same way she had done before. Looking around and seeing nobody, "Hmm...weird." Jumping down it's only about an eight foot drop on this side.

There is a glass railing around the entire area providing gorgeous views in every direction. Leaving her stuff by the wall but grabs her phone and earbuds and heads for the highest point, which was on top of the actual doorway entrance that most people who had permission would use to get up there. Climbing up on top using her phone as a flashlight surprised when she gets to the top to find something is there waiting for her.
