So we have part 2 of Damianette. Major character bashing here, so if you're not fond of it, then this is not for you. I hope I did the bat family justice. Yes that was exactly how it sounded. Enjoy.

......

Marinette blinked in surprise at this request. Meet his family? Wow, he must feel really comfortable with her if he was asking this. Granted her Ladybug instincts didn't flag anything but still, she was slightly touched at the gesture.

"Oh! Uh sure! If you're okay with it," Marinette said.

"If I wasn't I wouldn't have asked," Damian said. Usually the tone would come across as cold but she didn't seem offended so clearly he didn't say it with malice.

"I guess so! Sure, I'd love to!" Marinette said brightly. God, why do I feel warm when she smiles like that, Damian thought.

"Great. I will just let them know you are coming," Damian said as he pulled out his phone and opened the family group chat.

DemonSpawn: Marinette and I are coming over. Please be presentable.

ImDeadInside: Holy s***!!!

NotAHAcker: damn it! Thanks for that, I owe Dick $20!

WhysoSerious?: Language Jason! And you owe me $20 too, Tim.

TheOriginal: Nice one baby bird!!

DemonSpawn: All of you shut up! Just don't mention the family name!

Damian scowled at his phone as the responses came through. Honestly, they were actually betting on this?! Marinette saw his face and laughed. Damian looked at her.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Oh you just have that annoyed sibling face when you want to kill them, it's funny and cute!" Marinette said but then she flushed when she realised what she said, Damian turned his head slightly as his own cheeks flushed.

"O-oh! Well, you are right in that aspect. They are incredibly annoying," Damian stated. But then another thought crossed his mind. "So that Lila character, was she the one you were referring to yesterday? She seemed to be quite the snake."

"You have no idea! I only feel sorry for that Wayne celebrity she's lying about. No one would want to date her with the lies she spouts," Marinette said. Mmm, not quite was he was after.

"Are you familiar with the Wayne she mentioned then?" he asked.

"I can't say I am too familiar. I know he has a rather large family and they do a lot of gala's and charities. It's nice of them. Usually rich people are snobs but it's nice to know there are good people out there helping others," Marinette said. Damian then found himself smiling.

"I see," he said with a nod.

The two continued to talk about school and the issues that she was having along with Damian's on dislike for his own academy. Not that he mentioned that word specifically. Quite frankly he was quite annoyed at that high road advice. Not to mention all the free favours of treats, clothes and parties she organised! She should come to Gotham! Whoa, no way, Bruce would try to adopt her. They finally came to the hotel, and Damian found himself getting nervous. Why was he of all people nervous? He'd faced the Joker, kicked Penguin to the curb and for god's sake, his grandfather was the leader of the League of Assassins! He was so mixed up in thoughts, he didn't even realise they were standing in the penthouse suite already. Marinette seemed surprised at this.

"Wow, you're in the penthouse? Super fancy!" Marinette said as she admired the fancy entrance.

Damn it, he forgot about the dead giveaway for being a rich kid! Money! God that sounded even stupider in his head. He couldn't lie, not when he knew her attitude on it. Now that he thought about it, he didn't even reveal his true identity. Both of them.
