Chapter 7: The Dragon Awakens

No One POV

After the successful day at the Grand Magic Games and our protagonist showing Sabertooth why they shouldn't cross him, Olivia and Delta were currently walking towards a certain location in Crocus. The two left the bar that Fairy Tail was renting in secret since they were the only ones who knew about what Delta was about to do.

Olivia: Are you sure you want to do this? This will raise a lot of questions around the city and people will be alerted.

Delta: I've got no choice. After witnessing what both Sabertooth and Raven Tail can do, I need to stop holding back and unseal my magic.

Olivia: Alright.......but can your body handle the strain?

Right on cue, a surge of pain flooded Delta's entire body as he fell over and kneeled on the ground. Olivia helped him get back up slowly as to not put anymore pressure onto him.

Delta: H-How did...

Olivia: I've been your partner for years. I can tell when something's wrong with you. You've been working way too hard without giving your body proper time to rest and now your starting to collapse. But technically, it's not your fault since the Magic Council has been overworking you.

Delta: I know...

Olivia: Who else knows?

Delta: Only you and Ultear. Anyways, enough about that since we're here.

The two mages arrived in a cave outside of Crocus. They walked deep inside and arrived in front of a giant lacrima that had magic seal within it.

Olivia: So, that's where it's sealed away huh?

Delta: Do you think...

Olivia: If anything goes wrong, I'm right here to keep you under control.

Delta then summons his power once again as he destroys the lacrima with a single punch. Olivia quickly requips her Katana and prepares herself. The magic sealed within the lacrima comes out in the form of a Dragon as it flies into Delta's body. He then roars out as a crimson aura flooded out of his body, sending shockwaves throughout the entire city.

Delta: RAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!
