Chapter 7

After the show Loren and Eddie decide to go back to their hotel room and order room service because Loren was so tired.

Eddie and Loren are snuggling on the couch as the doorbell rings

Maid- Room service!

Eddie- Coming!

Eddie gets up and open the door

Eddie- Oh my god!

Loren jumps up

Loren- Eddie what's wrong?

Eddie steps off to the side of the door to reveal Mel holding their food

Mel- Did someone order room service with a side of best friend?

Loren runs over with the biggest smile on her face

Loren- Mel!

Mel throws the tray into Eddie's arms and hugs Loren

Loren- What are you doing here?

Mel- I got on a plane right after we talked on the phone, but um clearly you're ok now

Loren puts her arms around Eddie's side

Loren- Yeah we made up

Eddie kisses her head

Mel- Clearly

Silence

Mel- So um I'm gonna go

Mel walks towards the door

Eddie- Nonsense, stay here. Catch up, I have to go talk to Mom and Pops about something anyway

Loren- You sure?

Eddie- Yeah of course

Eddie puts the tray down on the table and gives Loren a quick peck on the cheek

Loren- Love you

Eddie- I Love you 2, bye ladies

Mel and Loren- Bye

Eddie walks out

Mel turns back to face Loren with a big smile

Loren- What?

Mel- Two things, one, Eddie Duran just said he loved you

Loren blushes

Mel- And two, he said Mom and Pop. As in Max is Pops and Nora is Mom

Loren- Aw! I can't believe I didn't catch that!

Mel- Boy are you lucky

Loren- Yeah I know I am

Mel- I wish Adam and I were still like that

Mel and Loren sigh and sit down on the couch. Loren takes Mel's hand in hers and says

Loren- Mel, I am SO sorry about Adam. I know how much you two loved each other.

Mel- You know, it really sucks. But like they say, time heals all wounds

Loren- Hey now that actually is true, I mean look at me and Eddie, just yesterday I was in my trailer crying my eyes out and today, we're snuggling and making out on this couch

Mel jumps up

Mel- Yeah um maybe I'll just stand

Loren laughs

Mel- So tell me, how was the concert?

Loren- Amazing! I literally had two thousand people singing to MY song! I honestly don't think I will ever get use to this

Mel- My best friends an international star! I don't know if I will ever get use to that!

Loren laughs again

****Just in case anyone was wondering I am not going to do scenes with Adriana and Phil. I never really was a fan of their storyline. Sorry if that upsets anyone.****

Chloe walks into her apartment and Jackie comes into the living room. Chloe takes her suitcase out from under her bed and begins throwing clothes into the suitcase and Jackie goes to see what she is doing

Jackie- Where on earth are you going?

Chloe- None of your business

Jackie folds her arms over her chest

Jackie- Please tell me you're not following Eddie somewhere again. Chloe he doesn't love you anymore. He moved on. So should you.

Chloe throws her head up furiously and her face is beat red

Chloe- He doesn't love that hippie! He loves me! He always has and he always will!

Chloe continues packing. Jackie responds sounding concerned

Jackie- Cynthia if you really believe that, then you need help honey. Eddie dumped you months ago already. You have to get over it! If you really want love then go find it elsewhere, not Tyler or Eddie again

Chloe puts her head up again and faces Jackie

Chloe- What do you know about love? Huh mom? You've been single my whole life. You couldn't even remember your own daughters name half the time! You don't know what love is

Jackie- I know for damn sure that it's not what you think you and Eddie have. All you are to him now is a bad memory and an even worse mistake

Chloe smacks Jackie across the face. Jackie screams in pain and shock

Chloe- Don't you dare tell me who does and does not love me! I got Eddie once, and I will get him again. Now get the hell out of my house!

Jackie takes her coat and slams the door shut. Chloe just ignores her and packs a little more, then she picks up her phone and makes a call

Chloe- Hi yes I need you're earliest flight to New York

(Devious face)
