Really... it was an accident. Nobody should be actually blamed.
But that doesn't necessarily change what did happen. Zachary Blaine was my +1, but only as friends, but we decided to change it up a little our freshman year.
We took a chance that could of resulted in many ways. But who would of thought that on April 8th of 2013, at just another one of his practice baseball games, he would be rushed to the emergency room, right in front of his teammates... And Girlfriend, yah me.
Chase had just thrown the ball to third base, but right when he did so... Zachary had slid for it. As he did, he not only scraped up his legs, but also his helmet came off...

But to be honest... It's not easy knowing that I might never get the old Zachary back... My Zachary.
I promised him, while I visited him frequently at the hospital while he was sleeping, that I wouldn't give up on him.
And still to this day, I hold on to that promise. As if it's all I have left of him.
Yah sure, I love him. But it's hard, loving someone who doesn't even know me yet/anymore.But like I said before, I still love him. With all the memories I keep in mind, that belongs to the two of us. Even if he doesn't remember.
