The Live-In Tutor || Jimin x reader

"The academy isn't getting lots of students anymore. We will have to close." that's what my boss, or basically, now ex-boss told me 1 week ago. Another academy that closed. GREAT.

I have been a part-time tutor for 3,5 years at 2 different academies now. Both of them had to close due to not having enough students attending. It's frustrating trying to search for a job as a tutor when you have to keep quitting for this exact same reason.

These past days I've been trying to search for academies if any of them were in need of a part-time tutor. None were recruiting. The only solution left was going to the university I recently graduated from to ask if they needed a tutor for the time being.

Once I arrived at my uni I went to look for the principal. I was standing in front of the door to her office when I knocked. "Come in." she said with a lot of confidence. "Good afternoon! Lee Y/N isn't it? Long time no see! Please, sit down." she told me as I greeted her back and went to sit. She had certain days where she would be the strictest person of the school meanwhile on other days, like today for example, she was one of the sweetest human beings.

"Would you like to drink something?" she asked while getting coffee for herself as I shook my head "No, thank you for asking though". Mrs. Park smiled, went to sit on her chair and took a sip of her coffee. "What can I do for you today?" she asked. "Well.. I have been a part-time tutor in a few academies the past 3,5 years that both closed due to not enough students attending. I have been trying to find a job, but couldn't find anything.." I took a deep breath before I continued talking. "I was wondering if you were searching for any tutors, part-time, full-time.."

"I'm very sorry to inform you, but currently we are not searching for any tutors, even part-timers. I could give you a list of schools and academies that are recruiting part- or full-time tutors though. You might have a good chance with these." while she was telling me this, she was already searching for the file on her computer to print with all the schools and academies that are currently recruiting.

I was quite disappointed to hear this, yet this is a great help for me. Once it was done printing she handed it to me. "I apologise for not being able to help you any further, but I wish you all the best in the future!" she said as I thanked her for the kind help she gave me. We both stood up, shook hands and I went out of her office.

While walking down the hallway I saw one of my professors. "Oh hi Mr. Kim" I said with a smile "Oh good afternoon! We have not seen each other for... I think it must have been 4 years?" he said with a very doubting tone. "Anyway, what brings you back to this school?" he asked me. "I went to Mrs. Park asking if this school needs any tutors since I'm currently without work.. I did get a list from her which I'm going to look at once I arrive back home".

I handed him the list as he took a look at them. "These are very good schools, but what if I tell you, you could be a live-in tutor?"

Live-in tutor? What?
