Sweetheart's story start to end

Separation and divorce

It was October 10th 1998 when two pegasus mares were born, the father an earth pony the mother was the same thing. Mr. And mrs. Heart were pleased with their daughters, Sweetheart and Flitterheart (yes the canon one... don't judge man) ...

-7 years later-

"C'mon sis, dad is leaving we have to say goodbye!" Yelped Flitterheart, sweetheart hauled outside as Flitterheart stopped hugging cloudheart, Sweetheart hugged him tightly keeping her wings close to her.

"Bye daddy, i love you," she spoke quietly, cloudheart opened her wings speaking deeply.

"Hey, you might have big floppy wings, but it will be ok..." he fluffed her mane and sat in the carriage. Mr. Heart was a scientist/explorer he always was somewhere new. Sweetheart went inside and shut the door sitting on the bed with flitterheart chatting until mom walked in. Now mrs.heart or Diamondgem had a magic phobia, the though of magic made her shiver so the girls never thought of magic existing just being a word.

"Girls.." she said wiping and eye, "your father and i are getting divorced..."

Flitterheart looked at her and jumped up lashing her anger and fury left and right "GAHHH YOU CAN'T WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DO BOTH OF YOU ARE BUSY IT A'INT FAIR!!!!" She screeched stomping, sweetheart put her hoof on flitterheart and looked at mom.

"What parent are we going to?" She asked softly, Mrs. Heart pulled flitter to her and shook her head.

"You go with dad sweetheart, he's picking you up tonight..." she breathed, Sweetheart shook her head her ears flatten in complete horror her and her sister we never apart, for them to be separated forever seemed like a never-ending nightmare.

-the next week-

Sweetheart sat in her room thinking, wishing mom and flitterheart were with her singing along to the good songs on the jukebox and mocking the bad ones. But it was just her and dad, since she was just 7 yrs old she didn't know much wxcept what her mom taught her. She was blocked up and felt stupid, the only thing looking fkrward to going to was the trip to canterlot to see the princess, not for a vacation for business... she turned to her side closed her eyes drifting away to sleep.
