Wanda decided to give Natasha a chance to speak to her therapist before she brought up the topic of dinner with her parents again. Thankfully, she was able to reschedule her appointment to Monday as she had hoped, and as Natasha talked with her on the phone in the living room, Wanda spent some time in the garden.

The plants were suffering greatly with the cold, so in preparation for Spring, Wanda had decided to remove the weeds and anything beyond saving. Natasha had raised a brow when she was informed of her partner's plan, considering the harsh weather, but Wanda's thick gloves and coat were making it bearable enough.

That being said, she would certainly welcome the warmth of the house as soon as Natasha was done.

It couldn't have been more than a 40 minute session, when Natasha exited the house and came to see what Wanda was doing.

"It actually looks better out here," she remarked.

Wanda turned, "I'm going to let you away with that tone of surprise. How did it go?"

"How did what go?"

"Therapy?"

"Oh," Natasha nodded in understanding, they didn't usually talk about this, "Good. Fine."

"Do you feel any better?"

Natasha shrugged.

Wanda hesitated slightly on asking the next question she had lined up as she didn't want to upset her again. Natasha could tell.

"You can ask me about seeing my parents."

"Not if it's going to make you upset."

"It won't."

"Well then," Wanda stood and clapped her hands together to shake off the snow and frozen dirt, "What are your thoughts?"

"I think we should invite them."

Wanda tried to not look too pleased.

"To dinner first," Natasha clarified, "The rest we can decide later."

"Deal," Wanda agreed, then leaned over and kissed Natasha on the nose. When her lips met Natasha's cold skin she winced slightly, "You're cold."

"Yeah, well it's fucking freezing," Natasha laughed.

Wanda took the very strong hint and tidied away what she had been working on so that she could head back inside. Natasha went on in to start the fire.

Once they were both somewhat thawed out, they decided to order in for dinner, as neither were in the mood to cook and they needed some groceries. Natasha settled on pizza for convenience and minimal dishes, so she called it while Wanda changed into sweats.

Tasks complete, the two got comfortable on the couch and waited for their food to arrive.

"Should we pick a day?" Wanda asked.

"For?"

"Your parents."

"Yeah, how about Saturday?"

"Is that enough notice?" Wanda asked, she wasn't exactly sure where Natasha's parents were based.

"Probably. They have a plane. Well, they did the last time I saw them."

"Do you want to call them now, before the food comes?"

"I don't have Melina or Alexeis numbers, but I can text Yelena."

Wanda decided to skip over the fact she didn't have any means to contact her own parents, and decided to focus on the text part.

"Call her, don't text."
