The morning mist feels good against her skin. After her mental breakdown, she took the time off work. She didn't go to a therapist, instead, she just went to the clinic and told the doctor that she feels stress out. Her doctor did confirm it by her very high blood pressure. She is given a MC and a bunch of medicines ( which she doesn't look forward to consuming).
She make full use of her time off by sleeping in, bingeing on TV shows and eating lots of junk food. For the first few days, she didn't want to go out of her room and see people. She just want to stay in her bed and do nothing. She feels ridiculous when she thinks about what she did. It is still lingering on her mind even though her close ones keep saying that it's not her fault - it's 'normal' to act like that for someone who has to handle lots of pressure. They keep encouraging her to be positive and just move one with her life.
They keep saying that no one is going to remember that incident. She beg to differ. How can anyone not remember that incident? If she is one of the guests, she probably still remembers everything. She is pretty sure they have the video of her having mental breakdown - she even asked if she can get a copy, but they deny it. She is going to ask again when they stop tip-toeing around her. Every time she thinks about it, her cheeks will turn crimson red.
The run feels so good though - the endorphin helps a lot. She started running again after a few days of being a sloth in her room. Her sister drag her out of her depression room and force her to go out. They went shopping and to the spa. She randomly bought a few sport outfit that day, although, she didn't exactly planning on working out. This morning, however, she put on her new cute sportswear and go for a morning run - something that she love to do in her university days. There is nothing like a good run.
