"Black Pearl! It's time for dinner!" A mermaid with beautiful brown hair and white eyes calls out. "Coming Mama!!!" A little white haired mermaid responds, swimming as fast as she could. "Hey, mama, where did you get that scar on your tail?" She asked as she was eating dinner. "I got it from a few cookies who were passing by. I'm sure it was an accident though."

"Don't be so sure about that sweetheart... cookies are not to be trusted." A siren with white hair and serpentine colored eyes says while swimming in to eat dinner, stopping to give her wife a kiss on the cheek. "Why do you say that mommy?"  Black Pearl asked her. "Cookies are greedy and selfish. They'll stop at nothing to get what they want." The siren told her daughter in response. "I hope you don't end up being hurt in the process of a cookie trying to get their way."

"Come on honey, stop it, your scaring her." The child's other mom says while waving her hand in dismissal. "Ok sweetheart." The siren responded "My little lass, promise me that you'll never take a cookie's word for granted, okay?" "Okay mommy!" The white-haired child promised.

Sadly,  she couldn't keep that promise.
