first day

taylor's POV

Hi, I'm Taylor Brown, and let me tell you something about me. I'm 18 years old and live in a small town called Watertown, Massachusetts. I live there with my mom and dad were pretty close if I say so myself and I have a best friend called Sasha I met in school. I like to read, listen to music go on a hike with my parents, and watch Netflix. I think that's all you need to know about me enjoy reading:) 

August 15
It's 9 pm and I'm laying in bed watching Netflix. I am so tired but I want to finish this episode of Gillmore girls I say to myself, after about 30 minutes the episode was finished so I went and got myself ready for bed. Tomorrow is my first day at school after the summer break. It's gonna be my second year at Harvard medical school. So far it's hard but very fun. 

August 16
Beep beep beep
I slam on my alarm clock to turn it off, my goodness six am is way too early I think to myself. I slowly get out of bed and stumble to the bathroom. After brushing my hair and washing my face I walk to my closet and chose something to wear. I picked out a pair of mom jeans and a sweater, put on some mascara, and grabbed my backpack I packed yesterday. I walk downstairs, morning dad, I say morning Taylor. I grab a bowl and pour some cereal and milk in. So are you excited to go back to school again my dad asks. I am I say I hope I have a nice class. Well, I hope for you too.
After finishing breakfast, I kiss my dad and walk to my car.

I arrived at school and walk-in. I walk to the front desk and ask for my locker key. After getting the key I walk to my locker and put my stuff in. Taylor! I turn around, Sasha hi! it's been way too long I say while hugging her. We have a lot of catching up to do Sasha says. Dinner after school? Yes, let's do that she says. It's 4 pm and I walk out of the classroom. After putting my stuff in my locker I walk to Sasha's locker and wait for her to finish what she's doing. Let's go eat I say. Choosing a nice restaurant and getting seated we order ourselves a drink and just catch up about things. So when I came back from the hotel he walked out of the same hotel I was staying in, so turns out he stayed in the same hotel as me! Wow, what luck I say. Yeah and he was so nice but after leaving and getting home I saw him posting a story on his Instagram with some other girl Sasha explaining her vacation in Italy. Ugh, douchebag. Can I get you something to eat? ill have a salad with ranch and she will have the same Sasha says ordering for me cause my anxious ass couldn't do it herself. Alright, will be right up. So did you do anything exciting this summer? No, I just worked and read a lot of books, I work in a small cafe close to my house. Boring, oh shut it reading is fun I say. We finished eating and paid, we started walking back to my car and got in. We will have to do this more often I say, yeah for sure I had fun. Driving away and dropping Sasha off I drove home.

Arriving home at 8 pm I kick off my shoes and drop my bag in the hallway I walk to my room and grab a hoodie and sweatpants. Putting those on walking back downstairs and joining my parents on the couch. Hi honey, how was your day? It was pretty good, I went out and grabbed food after school with Sasha and just overall had fun I tell my mom. That's good to know and did you have a nice class? Yeah everyone is pretty nice, I think this year won't be that bad. And any cute boys dad asks, dad! I slap him slightly. Sorry I was just wondering, well you know how I am with people so it was a stupid question. At 9.30 I went and said goodnight to my parents and got ready for bed. I was pretty tired so I fell asleep pretty fast.
