" teetee, can I look like you today?" Summer asked pronouncing her l's like w's as she looked at me through the mirror putting her toothbrush under the water
" of course, what do you want to wear?" I asked smiling seeing her smiling too
" hm, let's think" she hummed tapping her chin making me laugh
" it doesn't matter I just wanna look like you, and Lani can look like us too so we all match but I think uncle and Kai Kai will look silly in girls clothes " she said giggling
her little laugh is so contagious
" what color do you want to wear mamas?"
" uhhh, yellow"
" ohhh can Lani wear yellow too?" she excitedly making me nod
" oh no, sorry I didn't mean to do that" she said frowning when the bubble gum flavored toothpaste washed off into the sink
" it's ok, let me see it" I said and she handed to me allowing me to put more on there
" I wanna do it"
I gave her the toothbrush again and she held it under the water for a few seconds before looking at herself in the mirror as she brushed her teeth
" cheese" she said to the best of her ability smiling making me smile too
" you're so pretty baby"
" tanks" she said giggling and smiling
she continued to brush her teeth for another few minutes
" girl the toothpaste gone" I said laughing
" yummy" she said running it under the water again before putting it in her yellow care-bear toothbrush holder
I picked her up off of the counter before going into her room to her closet
" you think Kai Kai's happy yet? he was very grumpy earlier when he woke up"
" he should be, it's been a bout 30 minutes "
" he doesn't get angry at me like Sao and the rest of our cousins so I don't want to make him"
