I always liked Whirlwind, but not as much as I do now. When I was like really little I thought she was cool, but didn't exactly love her. Now I love her. Like a unicorn dragon? Lol
Design: She looks like a literal angel (Speaking of angels I actually did a repaint on an extra I had of her, I'll have to post it on here later, did an angel color scheme, along with Cynder as a devil lol). She's a unicorn dragon, and her colors could not be better. 10/10
Moveset: It's ok, it takes a lot of practice to master, however. Her rainbow shots from her horns are ok, final upgrade allows her to heal teammates, a nice addition if you play with a friend. The stormclouds are ok also. Overall her moveset is ok, but takes a lotta precision 8/10
9/10 overall I love her! She's awesome.
