The boys got up early just like Ryū told them to and begun their rigorous training. Ryū explained to Tevin and Izuku in order to get stronger and learn to utilize Mū no Hadō, they must immersed themselves in lifting heavy objects and other things. Izuku and Tevin began their training by running around the beach barefooted in the sandy beach.
Tevin Yoru: How ya holding up, Midoriya? *running*

Ryū watched in interest as he sees his students running. Hoping that Izuku and Tevin do not fall prey to the dark energy, he was going to teach them the non lethal version of Ansatsuken.

This was the first month of their ten month training. The next day, Tevin and Izuku began their katas and a bit Of sparring which they became a custom to their routine. Ryū then teaches them the Hadōken Kamae to them and then to try it on themselves.
