People hate Drill Sergeant. I love him lol. His voice is amazing, and the phrases he says like "Mooooney money.".
Design: It's weird, but I love the color scheme. He's like a little drill robot, he's cool. Red and gold, looks so great on him. 8/10, weird shape, but cool colors
Moveset: It's ok. He can shoot ya with his drills, and also shoot ya with a tiny lazer gun at the same time so that's like double the damage, then he has a dash attack which can help you dodge, or just hit people with lol. 9/10
I don't use him that much, but I do like him, but there isn't much to place him any higher than 8/10.
