IT WAS 7:30 AT NIGHT, Eleanor sat in her room, jotting down a few examples for her Math homework, "Shit." She mumbled to herself as she spilled some water onto her shirt. It'd been 2 weeks since she first started school, the weeks had been going by slower than usual."I'm heading out now, I'll see you later." Eleanor's mother smiled over at her daughter as she peeked in, "Bye mom!" She smiled, it was a Friday night and she was spending her night all alone. It was just Eleanor and her mother, but her mother was always out at work or with friends most of the time.
Eleanor sighed to herself before closing her notebook and walking over to her queen sized bed. She laid flat on the puffy duvet. She wasn't sure what she'd do this weekend, it wasn't like she had a bunch of friends to hang out with either. She sat up quickly, looking around her room, staring at some imperfections in her room.
It was a bit messy, she knew she'd need to clean it before her mom saw it again and would ground her. She got off of her bed, walking over to her dresser and moving different objects around, being careful to not burn herself on the many candles that were scattered in different areas.

MONDAY,
It was the dreadful day for many, especially for Eleanor, who was not prepared to be judged and talked about this entire week again. "Bye mom," Eleanor waved before opening her front door, "Bye Nora," Her mother grinned before closing the fridge.
Eleanor walked out, locking the door behind her and walking over to the sidewalk. While she walked, she listened to, Achilles Last Stand by Led Zeppelin. Eleanor lip-synced the whole first verse before turning to see a group of boys behind her, her eyes widened, taking one of the headphone pieces of her right ear. She knew something was about to happen, and not a good thing.
_________
Eleanor looked in the mirror, staring her cuts and busted lip, "Oh, fuck." She mumbled to herself, groaning at the burning pain. She'd been minding her own business, just to be bothered by a bunch of stupid assholes. She looked down when she heard the door open. "Oh, god! Eleanor!" A familiar voice said, "Gwen?" Eleanor's eyebrows furrowed as she looked over to see the younger girl.
Gwen stood there with a shocked expression, "Are you okay?" Gwen questioned, walking closer to look at the bruises on Eleanor's neck. "Oh, it's nothing." Eleanor shrugged lightly, trying to turn away to wash her hands. "No, this isn't nothing." Gwen shook her head as she looked at Eleanor's face in the mirror.
"Uhm, anyway...What're you doing on this side of the school?" Eleanor changed the subject quickly, "Hm? Oh! I had to meet one of the teachers because my older brother was getting bullied and they wanted to know if I fought one of them." Gwen explained, getting sidetracked from the original conversation. "Oh, you have an older brother?"
"Yeah, he's in the same grade as you, Finney Blake?" Gwen looked over to Eleanor, "Oh! I have History and English with him." Eleanor nodded quickly. "Oh cool," Gwen nodded with a small smile. "You need help with cleaning your cuts?"
_________
"I promise you, Robin always has cleaning supplies, he's always getting into fights." Gwen chuckled to herself as she dragged Eleanor along with her, "Okay..." Eleanor mumbled, following along. "Oh, there he is... Robin!" Gwen exclaimed, "Yeah?" The boy said, Eleanor kept her head down, not wanting to make contact with anybody.
"My friend here..." Gwen turned to Eleanor, nudging her to look up, "...had a little incident and she needs your cleaning supplies." Gwen explained, Eleanor looked up, finally making eye contact with the boy. "Hey, you're in my Math class." He nodded at her, she nodded slowly in response.
Robin looked at her face, lips, and neck, all busted with bruises and cuts. "Who did this to you?" Robin asked Eleanor, walking a little closer to look at her bruises. "Nobody." Eleanor shook her head, moving away from him. "Hm," He hummed, "Sure, I'll let you guys use them, but you need to tell me what happened." Eleanor gave him an annoyed look before nodding slowly.
"Fine."
__________
Eleanor sat on the sink, looking around the boys bathroom. "This feels weird. Being in the boys bathroom." Eleanor mumbled, watching as Gwen and Robin got out the supplies. "Well, it's either that, or the janitor's closet." Robin shrugged, walking over to Eleanor and lifting her chin up to dab the alcohol pad on her skin. "Ow." She groaned quietly. "Sorry." He lifted it up a little before looking at her cuts.
"What happened?" Robin queried as he cleaned another cut, "Something." Eleanor shrugged. "Eleanor." Robin said, sternly. "Don't be a smart ass." Gwen chuckled to herself. Eleanor sighed before looking over at Gwen and back at Robin, "Just some assholes picking on me." Eleanor shrugged. "Who?"
"I don't know," Eleanor mumbled, staring off at the wall, "Robin," Gwen exclaimed, causing the two to look at her weird outburst. "Hm?" He asked, "Can she sit with us?" Gwen asked, "Sure." He nodded with a smile.
