What is love?

Love is a set of emotions and behaviors characterized by intimacy, passion, and commitment. It involves care, closeness, protectiveness, attraction, affection, and trust.

They were the ones that taught me that. They were the ones that show me the true meaning of that word. I used to despise it, I use to despise and hate that term, let alone that word. But they show me a different perspective on that. 

They showed me love, affection, protection, and trust. 

They love me.

And I love them.

As a puppet with no means in the world, they showed me a new purpose for my supposed life. They taught me everything that's needed to learn, they gave me a new experience in life. They give me a purpose that not even my creator couldn't give.

They were different from the others. Others that I met. They promised to stay by my side as long as they can, and I was hoping that they would. I know they couldn't keep that, of course, they told me that.

After all, they're still a mortal. They don't hold the immortality that I have. If there was a way to give away my immortality, I would've done so already.

"Kunikuzushi!" They called out.

With a smile, he got out of his 'room' and walked toward them, "Yes?" He politely replied.

They smiled at him, "I'm going to the nearest town, will you be okay on your own?" They asked, slightly tilting their head to the side.

Kunikuzushi was a bit taken aback by this. Are they not going to take him with them? His eyes fluttered as he nervously smiled at them, "Can I come?" He asked.
