ELEANOR TOOK A DEEP BREATH, staring at herself in the mirror as she fixed some pieces of her hair. "Hurry up, Ellie." Eleanor's mother yelled from the kitchen. "Okay!" Eleanor responded, glancing back at her red knitted sweater and long denim jeans. She knew people would stare at her today, considering she's fake dating the school's most popular fighter, they just don't know it's fake.Eleanor grabbed the last of her items before running towards the kitchen, grabbing her sack lunch and water bottle. "Let's go!" Eleanor's mother smiled as she grabbed her arm and led her out of the house and to the car. Eleanor's mother decided to give her daughter a ride to school, wanting to spend more time with her before she had work.
"God, I can't believe it's already October!" Eleanor's mother gushed, Eleanor looked over and smiled, "It's really pretty out." Eleanor complimented the nature, the trees being fall colored and the weather being a bit colder. "I know, I can't wait for the Winter, even though it's cold as hell." Eleanor's mother laughed lightly. "I'm sure it won't be too bad."

"Bye, my love!" Eleanor's mother yelled out the window, catching a few glances at her as Eleanor walked off, Eleanor sucked in a breath when she saw her 3 friends, "Hi, Ellie!" Gwen beamed with a grin, jumping in front of her. "Hi," Eleanor smiled at her, looking over at Finney, then Robin, who had a nervous look on his face.
"Are you okay?" Eleanor mumbled in Robin's ear as she moved closer to him, "Yeah... I'm just hoping this works." Robin exhaled, looking down at Eleanor, "Are you okay?" Robin asked, glancing over at the shorter girl. "What? Oh, yeah, fine." Eleanor mumbled quickly. Robin gave her a soft smile before slowly reaching down to grab her hand.
"Are you ready?" He asks her, holding her hand tightly. She nods with a soft, reassuring smile. "Let's go." He mumbles as Finney and Gwen look up and follow the two as they walk inside.
As the four walked in, a few girls glanced over, looking Eleanor up and down. Murmurs and whispers crowded to two hand-holding teens. "Everyone's staring." Eleanor looked over at Robin who stayed looking in front of him, "I know."
Eleanor slowly nodded, looking over at her locker, "I'm gonna go get my books." Eleanor announced before letting go of Robin's hand and rushing over to her locker. She quickly opens it, moving her head into it to have some "alone time" with herself, "Are you okay?" A boy asks, Eleanor's eyebrows furrowed, looking up to see a raven-haired boy, his face brightens with a smile.
"Hi," Eleanor smiled a bit, "I'm okay," Eleanor confirmed, "I'm Eleanor." She nodded as she grabbed her textbook, "Uh— I'm Jamie." He grinned again, "Oh... okay!" Eleanor nodded before turning to her locker. "Hey Nora," Robin exclaimed, looking over at the other boy besides the girl, "Hey." Robin nodded his head at the boy with a glare before looking at Eleanor with a smile.
"Hi," Eleanor smiled at her boyfriend, "We should get to class." Robin said to Eleanor, ignoring the other boy's presence. "Oh, right." Eleanor nodded quickly before grabbing her supplies for the class. "See ya," Eleanor grinned at Jamie before grabbing Robin's hand and walking off.

"His face was so real, he looked like actually mad." Eleanor cackled with Gwen at the incident with Jamie, from earlier. "Damn, Robin's got some good acting skills." Gwen laughed along. The two girls sat alone, eating their school lunches alone, while Robin and Finney were still in the Lunch Line.
"Whatcha talking about here?" The familiar voice asked, sitting next to Eleanor, "Hey Robin," Eleanor grinned, "Oh, nothing." Gwen bit back a smile. "Hey Finney," Gwen nodded her head at her brother. He smiled in return. "Mr. Johnson has been on my ass." Robin groaned, eating one of his fries.
"Why?" Eleanor laughed a bit before sipping her juice box, "He's getting mad that I don't understand the Math, even though I ask for help." Robin explained, laughing lightly. "Eleanor can help you, she's really smart." Gwen patted her friends shoulder before laughing a bit. "I know, she is." Robin nodded with a grin, smirking over at Eleanor.
Eleanor rolled her eyes with a laugh following, "I can help you study, Robin." Eleanor mumbled, looking over at him, he smiles, putting an arm over her shoulder. "Sure." He nods with a small smile. "You guys are gross." Finney says with his mouth full of food.
