Tears mixed with rain,guilt mixed with pain. I never meant to hurt you, and what I'm telling you is true.

You never wanted to see these tears on my face, but you still had me replaced.

We both made a mistake, because we were destined to break.

And now my heart aches, feet rooted in the same places. I can only watch as you walk away, if only I didn't wait until today,to say the words I always wanted to say.

"I love you, please stay."It was a silent plea in the dead of a night, left unheard to the ones heart.

And as came the morning light,I knew it was our time to part
