The winds whistles through Altera's hair. The leaves scattered on the grass floor decorated with flowers and as well as leaves raining lightly on him. The breeze and the scent of morning sun dew and the sunshine peeps it's way to the surface of the sky dotted with clouds that shapes of a million creatures.
It's been so long since Altera last saw the outside greenery. He was used to city buildings of purple and Violet palettes with dots of city lights of blue, pink, yellow, green and other more. Though it's beautiful, it was all just bill boards.
The skies vastness and the birds singing lullabies of good mornings or the leaves that sprinkles down the air..It was nice. He missed that feeling. That feeling to waking up as the sun peeks its way to the horizon shining its light in your eyes, telling him to wake up. The scent of food that fills up his nose the moment he wakes up and the good mornings of his friends he will make memories with today then tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. All his life until they could find peace together and reclaim what was one theirs.
He winces at the reality he will never see them again.
He swallows down those thoughts. No. He can't be thinking of this again. The day is peaceful and this time, he's finally out, he should enjoy this. He sucks in a breathe and looks up at the blue skies above him. He feels the air sway his hair and tickling the strands that fell to his face because of the winds. He blows a strand away from his face after it falls because of the winds.
"You done yet or not?" A deep voice with a British like accent shakes him away from his thoughts. "Can't I just enjoy a moment?" He peeps his left eye open trailing his way onto the girl walking up to his side.
"Your moment is taking too long. Hurry it up." Altera sighs. He just wanted to take in the peace more to forget the lingering pain in his heart clawing it's way up his head. "I've asked for a map from Erina and I located a nearby library around kanturberry forest." She says grabbing the scrolled up map from her pockets. "But nobody said about seeing a library at the forest." He opens both his eyes now glancing to the lady's side.
"It's hidden. It has a barrier surrounding it to avoid people from finding it's location." He nods, "Luckily, Erina said she was venturing around here before so she found it and took note of it's location. She couldn't necessarily break the barrier so we just gotta do the work ourselves." She finishes and Altera hums in agreement.
"Did she say anything specific about the barrier then Beth?" He probed. Then, he steps back for a moment when he was met with a glare. "What did I say about calling me by my name?" She scowls. Altera winces at her glare and he sighs.
"Sorry..Ok- Liz. Did Erina say any specifics about the barrier?" Beth scoffs pleased by his apology, "She said ghosts guards it." Beth opens the scroll, she kneels down and places the map at the ground. "Key word being ghosts Of course." Altera kneels down at the opposite side to look at the map,
"Here. There's a graveyard full of vengeful ghosts." She points at the part of the map with a bluish kind of color and as well as a bunch of square like shapes dotted around it. "So it's just behind where the inn was formerly at?" He questioned eyes still focused on the map. Her fingers lifts up revealing the full place and he hears her hum.
