Dear Mocha | Chapter IV: Azure Academy

"We did okay for now," Mocha said as they walked out of the library after finishing their search. Although they really didn't find anything, it was okay.

Mocha hoped that everything will get better. She was breathing quickly and much more heavily with all the pressure being weighed onto her back.

Everything became quiet for some time, until Mocha felt herself bump into someone. She winced, a bolt of pain rushed through her veins. The person she bumped into groaned.

She looked down and there she was. The kidnapper. They eyed each other for some time, before Seliana got up and ran past her. Forgetting to inform her friends, Mocha dashed after her.

"Hey! Come back!" She yelled from behind as she ran through massive student gatherings while apologizing. "We need to speak!" She yelled again, jumping onto one of the drinking fountains.

She jumped up, hoping to catch her at once. Instead, she fell face flat to the floor. Seliana let out a devilish cackle before walking away. 'I can't let her go that easily!' She breathed, getting up.

She began running after her again. To her dismay, Seliana noticed, and began sprinting again. She vanished into another crowd, and Mocha breathed..

She climbed a locker and held onto it tight while scanning the place. Anyone with blonde hair? She needed to find Seliana at once. Just as she saw her, someone began yelling from behind.

"Hey you! Get down!" It was a boy with a gold badge on his shirt. He's probably a prefect. Mocha jumped down and pushed through everyone to get away.

At the same time, she still had to find Seliana. The prefect caught up to her again. Mocha screeched, turning on her heel. She had to get to her class before the prefect got her.

And she had to find Seliana.. She only has six minutes until break is over. Gulping, Mocha rushed to find the quickest way to the Herbiology greenhouses. That's where her lessons are.

She lost her friends, who probably had noticed she vanished from their sight. Hunter was the one who took them to their classes, now that she's ditched them..

She had to find it herself somehow. The yelling of the prefect was heard in a distance. She whipped her head and saw him struggling to reach him. 'Run! Now!' So she did.

She ran away, hoping to get as far as possible from him. She kept running through hallways and scanning the doors in hope one has anything to do with Herbiology.

Unfortunately for her, She had two minutes left and she still hasn't found the door to the greenhouse gardens. She lumped down on the floor, holding her legs close.

She hoped she'd at least be away from the prefect for a little bit. The corridors began emptying as everyone began heading to class. Mocha kept her eyes incase anyone came looking for her.

Unless they were one of her friends, that is. She got up after the corridor only had two to three students left, and began walking around. She wouldn't want to be skipping.

Though she had no idea where to go. Nobody was able to help her either because they had classes. Only prefects could help and she was certain the boy prefect probably told the rest.

While randomly walking through a glass-wall corridor which she has never been through before, she only admired the green spaces and plants. She is quiet sure she is close.

It has been eight minutes since break has finished and she was sure she was marked absent between the attendance. Probably in big trouble, yikes.

She was looking down, feeling her shoulder brush someone's arm. She ignored, hoping she didn't attract much attention to what had happened. Though the person called out for her.

"Hey, brunette." The voice was a male's voice, but it didn't sound like the prefect's voice at all. It was more serene and soft. "What are you doing here alone?"

Mocha turned around to be met with an average-height greenette. He his hair shifted from mint green at the very top to the color of Ivy plants, a dark devil green color.

His eyes were a pale brown with a bit of red in them, and freckles decorated his white skin which leaned into a more brownish color. He wore the standard male uniform and had a gold badge.

Snap. A prefect.

She flinched at his badge and stepped back. She studied him up to down, before noticing the plant vase he is holding. The boy tilted his head before looking down at his plant.

"Oh. Sorry, this is Ives, my venus fly trap plant!" He happily introduced his plant, holding it out for Mocha to see. She nodded, smiling awkwardly. The boy switched the topic.

"Back to the topic, right? What are you doing here? Don't you have a class?" He questioned, raising both of his ivy brows. Mocha chuckled nervously, playing with the hem of her sleeves.

"Ah— I got seperated from my friends who were taking me to class.. I'm new." She muttered so lightly, it wasn't really audible. The boy clicked his tongue. "I can see that."

"What class do you have anyways?" He wondered, tapping with his fingers Ives' pot, making a rythm a child would make on a wooden table. She didn't bother to complain, though.

"Herbiology." She answered, hoping to find any clock. The boy smiled brightly. "You're a first yearer, right?" He said, holding out his hand to her. She nodded, shaking his hand slowly.

"I'm Geo Aibi, nice to meet you.. err.." He stopped after you, before Mocha giggled, finishing his sentence. "Mocha, Mocha Misaki." She warmly smiled at him.

"Let me take you to your class, follow me." He gestured for her to follow him with the hand he shaked with, before walking down the glass corridor, Mocha walking right behind him.

Geo seemed like a friendly prefect, unlike the other one she had met earlier, though she hopes she won't encounter that angry'-headed one again. She doesn't wish too, that is.

Humm, she lost Seliana and now she has to look once again to find her. If only that prefect didn't chase her, she would have caught her fast...
