Once the girls arrived at the class Jack was already sitting along with Bruce and Jake. Normally Jack has always had trouble with waking up. It took a hell of a time for Jake to shake his twin every morning. Which Jack wasn't fond of really. But drama class was always different.
Drama class probably was the only lesson, Jack willingly attended. Maybe that's because he had an artistic nature. Or maybe he truly felt like a comedian that he wished to become one day.
And besides it, Miss Tompson was different from other teachers Jack has ever met. You see, she wasn't a stereotypical teacher that was only teaching and bitching all the time. She was the kind of teacher who desired of giving lessons, not from those thick books. But the life itself.
And to be honest, she was the only teacher who saw Jack as a future comedian. Who saw the artistic soul behind craziness. That accepted Jack for who he is. And maybe that was the reason she had a special place for Jack.
Besides, Jack was the teacher's favorite too. Jack was comfy in drama class, unlike other students. And of course a class clown.
Selina and Pamela approach the boys who were sitting on the colorful plush seats. Pamela glances over the surroundings paying attention to paintings in awe. Now that school was for the rich indeed!
Jack approaches her with a charming smirk on his face, "I see by the look that you are fascinated by all the surroundings but I assure you, art isn't something like described on those walls."
" Yes? Why do you think so?" Pamela questions still looking at the painting.
" Because art is in the human soul my dear. And that person is considered an artist who can see the beauty in the human soul," Jack explains.
" Oh... um, I guess I don't get that much. I am not on good terms with people. But I think your sample applies to nature from my perspective." Pamela replies.
" Oh, so a plant lover?" Jack wonders still smiling.
" Yes, always been. It is easy to talk to them instead of people." Pamela smiles.
" I am sure," Jack smirks, " well at least it is much easier than interacting with my twin," he says placing his hand on his heart dramatically.
Pamela tries to contain her laugh because she so liked Jack's comment about his twin. And Jack wasn't entirely wrong in her opinion.
" Well, I am sure it is also much easier to interact with my brother," Jake rolls his eyes, " cause technically plants don't move and wear you down with their energy."
" Ouch," Jack kneels pretending to die.
" It is so nice to hear you have admiration toward mother nature. But don't let our class clown deceive you so immediately, cause he is a good artist himself," Harvey Dents says approaching them. He extends his hand to Pamela for a shake, " Harvey Dent."
But Pamela quickly remembers Selina's warning about him. And besides, it didn't suit her to build unnecessary sincerity with people. So she refused to shake his hand.
" I am not much of a hand shaker," she says distant, " but nice to meet you," she smiles uncomfortably.
Jack stands by her side his eyes narrowed, looking at Harvey without blinking. Because obviously, Harvey tried to get her attention too. But he damn sure wouldn't let that happen.
" Soo, what are we performing today?" Selina asks trying to avoid the tense atmosphere of the class.
" We are not, today it is all about secrets," Bruce mentions about today's program.
