Chapter 1; The Boy, The Glitch, The Vessel

Gregory had finally made it to Vanny's room. He just barely escaped Chica, locking himself in Vanny's room, holding the door shut as Chica was banging on it...

"I finally escaped" Gregory puffed, looking around the room, noting there was a mattress with a single pillow, desk with cables messily strewn about with a PC and an old arcade cabinet labeled "Princess Quest III" "Wait! That looks like the other arcade cabinets from Roxy Raceway and The West Arcade! Good. I got the other two." Gregory sighed, checking his Faz-watch. "Freddy! Hello? Freddy?" He tried to speak, seeing if there is still connection. "Su—rst-r?-" he can barely hear Freddy. "Damnit! The connection! It's jammed!" Gregory sat down, he has to make a decision. What does he do? Does he leave? He risks Chica getting him but if he stays Vanny might catch him.

"Augh.. I might as well pass the time.." Gregory spoke as he began Princess Quest III, but as he continued to play a lightheaded feeling fell over him, making him feel dizzier and dizzier. As he finally finished the game the feeling suddenly stopped. He sighed but began to shiver at the feeling of something crawling underneath his very skin. A cold, itchy, dry feeling. "Ah!? Wh-What's happening to me!?" He screeched in terror as Freddy finally got into the room. "Superstar?" Freddy asked, finding Gregory sitting on the floor, hugging his knees close to him. "Gregory!" Freddy ran over to Gregory, picking him up. "Are you okay?" Freddy tilted his head in concern, Gregory looked up at him, his eyes seemingly flashing purple. "Y-Yeah. Just... feeling weird." Gregory looked away as Freddy gave a concerned grimace. "Well, We better get going, hey Superstar?" Gregory looked back at Freddy and nodded, getting into his stomach cavity as they left the room.

As something lurked just under the skin of an unsuspecting child.

After what felt like hours they arrived at Parts and Service. Gregory exited Freddy's Stomach Cavity and turned to him "Freddy, I got some parts to upgrade you!" Gregory exclaimed. "That's great news Superstar! Let's get to it then!" Freddy entered the cylindrical chamber in the middle of the room as Gregory set up the procedure. He entered and added Roxy's eye upgrade to Freddy.

"How are your new eyes?" Gregory asked Freddy. "I am... having a hard time adjusting.. You look different to me! I can see movement through the walls!" The animatronic bear responded.
"Really? I didn't know Roxy could see through walls.."
"These are Roxy's eyes?!"
"Well.. yeah.. There was an accident in the raceway.."
"Is she okay?"
"Well.. Nothing seems to stop her."
With that they ventured back out to continue their wait for 6 AM. Gregory chose to go out on his own for a while to clear his mind. He checks his watch seeing the time is only 1 AM and groans. He figured that going for Chica's voice box would help open more areas of the pizzaplex, as well as getting her out of the picture. As he went to acquire the items for his trap, A tugging feeling begins to become more prominent on his mind. Something is happening behind the scenes in his own mind and he has no idea what's coming his way.
