The Bigger Picture

Prolouge

I can tell you one word describing my life that pretty much sums it up. Meaningless.

I could do my best in all my classes. I could be the best at anything I tried to do. But it wouldn't fix how broken and battered I felt inside that made me want to just end it. To just give up and be at peace with no mockery or disapproval. I would be free of the painful memories of the events that night.

I only have one thing keeping me from the dreadful idea,of killing myself, floating in my head.

My best friend. She could have turn anything positive no matter what. But all good things come to an end,don't they? She died from lung cancer. That did it.

I was thinking about how my life could end and why I'm still living. I was going to do it that afternoon, but I was sent a wonderful miracle that saved my life. A friend. He was mesmerizing, with his brown hair and his emerald eyes. He caught me in the act. I was buying razors and he asked me one question that made me think. Made me want to forget all that I was planing to do.

"Why?"

He sounded so serious. So determined to get an answer from me, but I just stood there like the polite person I am.

He got the idea that I wasn't going to answer. He took the razors from me and put them back.

"Please, don't" he sounded so venerable. Almost as if this broke his heart and he was showing it to me, a stranger.

Then he turned and left. I stood there so sure he would just forget about me and move on. But I didn't take the razors and I didn't do the act that after noon.

He saved my life.

Hey! This is Kaleigh I know I haven't written a book yet but it's never to late to start! Lol

So this is my first book and please if you have some advice I'm all ears;)

I don't mind opinions but please try to go easy on me this is my first book people and also I'm only human. I'm also really happy that u chose to read my book. I hope you keep reading I'm going to try and update as fast as possible too. And because it's almost summer I don't think that will be a problem;)
