Basically it's a sad boy who was invited to a dance.While in the ballroom it reminds him of how poor he truly is, he threatened the people that he will kill the rich man moiser, they laughed at him telling him that he was to weak to kill such a powerful man. He proved them wrong out of anger and sadness he killed moiser. After this incident the whole kingdom called him a méchant (villan) and vowed to kill him when he turns 16 in the future, he says that he will be killed by morning.
It's named massacre because moiser was an important man.
