Chapter One: The meeting'

You are Y/N

You wake up with your eyes awfully dry, you get up and walk to your bed stand grabbing the eye drops out which you then used two drops on each eye. When you finished with watering your eyes you walk out to your kitchen but just as you walk through your bedroom door into your dining room you are met face to face with a giant Nomu, before you had time to think you ran back into your room running to your closet, you call 911, "911, what is your emergency?" The operator said as she usually would, "There is a Nomu inside my house right now.." You whisper to the phone while trembling in your closet now crying in fear. "We'll send a pro hero to help you right away just stay on the line okay?" The operator said calmly.
"Okay" You say, though you're slightly annoyed.
"Okay, where are you hiding?" The operator said.
"My bedroom closet" You respond.
You know the Nomu was rather smaller than others but it was still a terrific sight to see, as you're thinking this, you hear two loud gunshots. You're shook by the noise, you hear your bedroom door open and a pair of boots walking towards the closet, you were too terrified to do anything about it though, you just sat down curled up in the corner of the closet listening and crying, Snipe opened the closet, which should have been no surprise but it came to shock you. You had seen him online, on videos and fanart, but never in person, you're looking at his nice structure and keep yourself from blushing, Snipe helps you out of the closet and sits down with you on the floor letting you cry into his cape and lay on his lap as he pat your back comforting you for 20 minutes before he had to take his leave. You think back to the scene and can't help but to blush, just as you look at the big hole in your wall the Nomu left, "That's a paycheck worthy amount of money needed, too bad I ain't got that haha!" You say holding back your misery.
Just as you thought all was lost you noticed a little envelope on your table, you walk to it curiously forgetting about the wall, you open it smiling not knowing where it came from.
*Hey, it's me Snipe, sorry the Nomu got to your house, I was chasing down Nomu's I remember the one that was in your house being one I was chasing but lost, it was my fault the Nomu came here, so my deepest apologies, I can't help what happened mentally today but hopefully I can help with the wall!"
You're confused until you notice a check from Snipe inside the envelope, you quickly take it out and read it, 210,100.50 yen, you're eyes widen, you're mad that Snipe is the reason you woke up to a Nomu but you're a little relived by the money, so you call a dry wall expert, and you walked out of your house to go get breakfast. You walk to a pancake house down the road excited for some pancakes and more pancakes, you got seated and looked at the menu searching for what to get when all the sudden you get attracted by the sound of boots on walking, you quickly turn to look at the person wearing boots and to your surprise it was Snipe, he also had the brilliant idea to have pancakes because why not, while you stared at Snipe, he turned to look at you, he held back a laugh of amazement that he'd seen you two times that day. You get the urge to ask for his number but at the same time you kept thinking things like 'What if he says no I'll be embarrassed for the rest of my life', 'What if everyone looks at me weird for asking Snipe for his number casually', 'How would I ask?!' You kept thinking about these things when all the sudden someone taps on your shoulder and you're taken out of your state of confusion and overthinking, It was Snipe. "Hey, would you mind if I sat at this table with you? It's not often I see the same person twice in one day" Snipe says as he lets out a laugh, "Sure" You say keeping your blush away as you wonder if you may have said those things out loud. So Snipe sat down and the waitress came over, "What can I get you two?" The waitress said with a smirk knowing the romance that's blossoming, you hold your blush and smile back, You order a full stack of pancakes and Snipe orders orange juice and a half stack of pancakes, you wonder if you'll see his face. The waitress writes it down and walks away smiling, "Well, I know you had a pretty crazy morning but how is your day so far?" Snipe says calmly, you think for a second and eventually give the response "Fine, Whatta 'bout your day?" You say kind of curious, "My day has been wonderful" He says smiling under his mask. Then the waitress came back holding the pancakes and the orange juice, she set the full stack in front of you and the half stack in front of Snipe setting the drink down beside Snipes plate, "Thank you" you and snipe say at the same time, Snipe laughs a little and you try to keep your laugh down, the waitress walked away giggling, you wonder if he'll take off his mask, you look around the restaurant to see everyone watching, Snipe laughs a little being used to the curious people around him, Snipe lifted his cape and covered his face from everyone, even you sadly, you're still curious and really wanna see, so you look around hoping to see a mirror or even a camera, knowing there's a shiny reflective spoon on the table where Snipes cape covered, you notice a camera and take out your phone taking a photo of the camera, you zoom in on your photo of the camera which hopefully got a reflection of the reflection from the spoon of Snipes face, but sadly enough you could barely make out anything due to image being too tiny. You ate your pancakes and Snipe finished his, he put his cape down and his mask was already back on, "You gonna do that with ur OJ too?" You say with a slightly teasing voice, "No, I've got my ways of drinking juice" Snipe said as he opened a straw, you're curious about how he intends to do this without looking like a complete idiot, Snipe simply tips his hat a little forward making the mask go down a little as well, and Snipe lifts the underside of his mask putting the straw up into his mouth, people were yet again unable to see his face, "You really are ridiculous" You say laughing a bit unable to hold back the laughter, Snipe finishes his Orange Juice and puts his mask and hat back to its original place "I'm glad you think so too" Snipe says with a small laugh, he's was smiling under his mask happy to have met you. "Hey could we exchange numbers, I'd like us to be friends, you're a pretty cool person" Snipe says calmly, you were trying so hard not to jump in excitement, "Yeah, of course" you say keeping yourself from stumbling on your words, you both exchange numbers happily, "Well, hero duty calls, I best be off" Snipe says as he sets down money for both you and himself, "Okay, bye, also thank you" you said wondering why he would pay for someone he just met, Snipe got up and took his leave. You can believe you just ate breakfast with a pro hero, not to mention it's the one that saved you. You get up and start walking home happy with yourself for not saying anything stupid, you arrive home and instead of doing something productive you walked to your bedroom and took a long nap.
