Among the ones who walked along the path of those caves, inside the deep foreshadowed forests near the Bhagirathi.
Her sweat dropped every second from her forehead to her chin , no effort was made to wipe it off as she held maashal in her right hand covered all together with dirt and a few bruises here and there.
"Vrushali Didi are you certain this is right for us? " The maiden only turned her head and tried to answer when the maashal started to waver due to the winds blowing.
It was one of the most mysterious things that winds flew inside these caves which had not even had a speck of light peeking inside.
"Quiet down Litvika! we will be done for if there is some danger lurking around the corners" Vrushali's voice was barely a whisper but it made the other maiden walking behind
"We have been on this thing for half a month! But still we are far from the secret of whatever that book spoke of" This time it was a male voice husky in nature.
"As if! It was a scripture Anamay you idiot!! "
All of the voices were whispers and the bickering was all they could do when Vrushali's foot struck down and the maasal fell from her hands and fell right in front of her eyes.
"Di you alright" Litvika bent down immediately while the Anamay could only sigh, his friend had always been the most fearless but the most clumsy on top of that.
"Get up otherwise you might just get swallowed by some itshy-bitshy spider which is waiting for it's prey and you young lady...oh sorry oldie aren't tasty at all" Anamay could only throw at her those dirty looks of mockery, Vrushali made a face and if looks could kill Anamay would have had the best paatal lok ride.
"Anamay! You're done now!!if yes shut up" Litvika scolded her sister's best friend.
"You don't know Sweety how much of you Didi is clumsy" Anamay rolled his eyes at his friend and best friend's sister.
Vrushali got up on her knees and picked up the maasal ignoring her background which included two people bickering over some un-neccesary-stupid-topic.
"If you two are done we should go ahead Krishna knows why I came with you two!" the said individuals kept their silence at the moment after her scolding,before they reached another path, end of which had a door made of pure red sandalwood.
