" Within every dream is the presence of a nightmare... "

As Sabre ran through the dark woods located behind the town, The cold wind brushed right past him as he sprinted at full speed. The ground underneath his feet got more slippery every step he took, as the sound of a howl echoed through the forest. The sound of heavy footprints followed from behind. Every step and the further he got, the more he could hear the heavy noises of the footsteps following behind him. Upon reaching a step cliff he slipped on the wet dirt, stumbling down before falling on his left arm. Damaging it and shattering his shoulder bone. Sabre groaned in pain but didn't have time to care about the pain, getting up and looking at his surroundings.

Why is this place so familiar, Infront of him lies a cherry tree, though it was darkened by the lack of moonlight hitting it. Walking towards it he began to relax a bit. Though it was a bit creepy he couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of relief and peace wash over him. Walking closer he noticed a metal chain that was leading towards the tree. Sabre stood in shock, the feeling of relaxation was swept away as he began to remember something from his past. backing up before bumping into someone from behind. Quickly turning around he saw the thing chasing him. A headless man that was attached onto a horse, smoke coming from his neck where the head should've been.

Holding his head in one hand while holding a whip-like weapon in his other hand that was made out of pure bones. Raising it high in the air, he uses his front legs to push him up and now stands on his two legs. Waving his whip high in the air before slashing it at sabre. Sabre in pure cold sweat opened his eyes out of fear and screamed, falling off of his bed and hitting the ground.

"Ugh..." Sabre groaned before hearing the door slam open, "Sabre!" Shark shouted. He rushed in and looked on the other side of Sabre's bed to see a very scared and frightened man. Shark let out a sigh before going over to him and kneeling down, Slowly pulling sabre into a hug so he doesn't startle him. "Shh it's alright Sabre, relax.." Shark said in a gentle tone before patting Sabres back, sabre hugged back more tightly. Shark didn't really know what to do since it was usually Tewity that takes care of these sorts of things but at the moment he's busy, Shark stood up and helped sabre up and back onto his bed.

For the time being shark just stayed with sabre, trying his best to calm him down from his state of panic and fear.

[Time skip...]

As the sun shone through the window of the room, Shark woke up as the light hit his eyes. Waking up slowly and rubbing his eyes he glanced over at sabre who was laying on his bed, still asleep. Shark was sitting on the ground on the side of Sabre's bed just in case sabre wakes up again and begins to panic, Shark was one fully sure what sabre is going through but he still tries his best to understand without getting too deep into his life. As the bed shifts a bit, Shark gazes over at sabre once again to see him slowly getting up.

"Are you doing better Sabre?" Shark asked, a concerned tone can be heard through his voice as he asked that question. Sabre said nothing but gave Shark a simple nod, Shark was hesitant about that reaction but sighs anyways and gets up. Helping Sabre get off of his bed, the two made their way out of the room and down to the living room. Upon reaching the bottom floor were two of Sabre's friends, Unspeakable and Moose.
