I woke up,took a bath and got dressed. Then suddenly I heard a knock and Gian came in. Gian is my best friend since I was 9 years old and we never fought. Gian asked me a question stating "Hey Nicole, are you free to go out today?" I answered almost immediately " I'm not sure, I'll have to ask my parents."
Gian looked disappointed for a while themn covered it up with a hopeful smile. "Let's go ask your parents then.", we went down the stairs and saw my parents talking to each other, My mom Jessica and my dad Dylan smiled at our hands and I didn't know that we were actually holding hands." Hey Mommy, can me and Gian go out for the day?" My parents smiled so much it was actually creepy. "Of courses sweetie, have fun!".
I turned to face Gian and said " I guess we're going out then.",He smiled and we walked to his car.
