The letter

(Ruth's pov)
I couldn't do this anymore, it was to much. I texted violet she always makes me feel better.
'I'm sorry vi, I'm so so sorry. I did it again...'

'Ru, do you want to talk ab it I'm here for you pls stay safe ily'

'I love you too'

I put my phone away and I decided I was going to write a letter to one direction, they probably wouldn't see it but it was worth a shot. My arms we're still bleeding but I didn't care

(Louis' pov)

Me and the boys were looking through fan mail, there was so much to get through, we usually just ripped up the hate letters because we never needed them.

I was quickly looking through the letters when this one caught my eye, it had a few red dots on it, that was weird I thought, it was from this girl named Ruth it had her name and a return address on the front, i carefully opened it, I was just expecting the usual 'I love you guys so much' stuff like that but when I read through the letter I started crying I felt so bad for this girl
" lou? Why are you crying?? Is it a hate letter" Harry asked me I shook my head no and gave him the letter, he read it out loud so the boys could listen.

Hi,
I don't know why I'm writing this to you, you probably won't see it anyway. But I just wanted you to know that I wouldn't be here with out you guys, my mother is very mentally abusive to me and I started to sh again bc of it, it's only you and my friend violet keeping me here right now but I don't know how much more I can take.

By the time Harry was done reading the letter the boys and I decided we would write back to her, I just felt so bad for her I wish I could just hold her and tell her it's alright

We all wrote our letters and put the address that she had put on hers, she lived in New York we we're going there for our next show maybe we can see her.

(Ruth's pov)
It's been three days since I wrote that letter, I doubt they even read it, I kinda expected that to be honest why would anyone want to read anything I have to say? I still checked the mailbox tho just in case. There were 5 letters... 5 letters for me. Did they actually write back? I ran inside to my room, not checking if my mom was home.

Hi Ruth!!! I read you're letter :(( I'm so sorry that's happening to you. You deserve the world, you're perfect just the way you are! I hope we can meet you one day! Just remember you are amazing don't listen to your mother all of us love you and hope you will stay :)))

I started crying after Harry's letter but in a cool way, god Harry's so sweet.

The letters were all practically the same but I could tell the meant it, I had one left it was Louis letter!
