Y/n was on their way to work when they had spotted a skeleton. Y/ns thoughts flooded with many different theory's. {Did the mayor open the border? He keeps telling us that monsters are dangerous to humans ever since we had lost our magic long ago..tho i don't think he telling the truth.} As y/n thinks they end up walking into a pole. The skeleton noticed and walked over to help. "Are you alright?" the skeleton ask holding his hand out. y/n blinks out of their thoughts. " y-yes im alright thank you for asking". y/n takes the skeletons hand and gets up. "if i may.. what is your name?" y/n asks dusting them self off. "Cross sans, and you?" the skeleton says "im y/n. im sorry but i cannot chat long im running late for work i am very sorry goodbye cross" y/n scurry's off leaving Cross.
Hours later y/n had forgotten about cross until they where walking back home and saw him asleep under a tree {He doesnt have a home? Aw jezz..} as y/n walks over cross he wakes up able to hear their foot steps. Cross looks up at y/n," heya again, something ya need?" he says ( like he doesnt need help at the moment-_-.) "uh seems you need a place to stay... you can uh come to my house just dont try anything." y/n says, kinda shocking cross. "oh i promise i wont do anything to ya kid." cross winked at y/n {did this skeleton just wink!? why? ugh nvm-} y/n smiles and holds their hand out to lead the way, watching cross take y/ns hand the two walk back to y/ns place for the night.
