Chapter Forty Five

Ashwin saw Sivaangi's eyes go wide in shock, her mouth forming a perfect O as she stared at him and his mother. He knew there are lot of ways to break this news to his wife but he didn't want to beat around the bush.

Sighing, Ashwin got up and stood by Sivaangi before encircling his arm on her shoulder. Placing his finger under her chin, he made her look at him. She frowned at him without blinking her eyes.

"Ashwinn..." Sivaangi trailed her words opening and closing her mouth, not knowing how to react or what to say.

"Sivaangi, ena paru. Thegachu poe nikkura nu theriyudhu. Ithana naal oru kaaranama dhan yedhuvum sollala, aana inaiku solren" Ashwin said staring at Sivaangi and pointing at Saradha, he said, "Ithan enoda amma, Saradha"

Did Sivaangi heard it right? Ashwin is indeed Saradha aunty's son?! But how is that possible?!

"Unoda Chithapa Ramakrishna ooda best friend Prakash ooda thangachi dhan naan" Saradha said standing up as well, "Meedhi avan solluvan da"

Taking hold of Sivaangi's hand, Saradha made Sivaangi to sit down on the couch. Sivaangi looked up at Saradha with a frown. Smiling, Saradha caressed Sivaangi's hair softly before turning to Ashwin, "Achu, nee Sivaangi ku ellam sollu. Na avaluku sapda yethachum panni kondu varen"

Ashwin nodded at his mother before sitting next to Sivaangi while Saradha left to kitchen, giving them the privacy to talk. It isn't her place to tell Sivaangi but Ashwin's.

"Yen-yenna solringa? Yaaru Prakash? Enaku puriyala" Sivaangi said holding Ashwin's hands, "Chithapa jail la irukaru nu solranga, yenna nadakudhu?"

"Adh-"

Various thoughts were running in Sivaangi's mind. She and Ashwin were related? He is Saradha aunty's son. That means? Damn! The wedding she ran away from was with Ashwin at the first place? Sivaangi frown grew deep as realization hit her. With her eyes wide as a saucer, Sivaangi turned to Ashwin and smacked his arm making him hiss loudly.
