I Am Inevitable

"am sending you something right now, you have to see this" said Mary Allen who was on the phone with her brother Ben, she had already seen the contents of her mom's drive that she left before she died, she also wanted her brother to see them, Ben was far away from home studying in college, he received the message sent by Mary while he was still on the phone, "did you get it" said Mary at the end of the phone,
"Yeah I did, am opening it right now" he replied while looking down on his phone, he opened the document that her sister just sent to her, he was also surprised by what he saw because it concerned Raven labs where her mom used to work before she died,
"Where did you get this" he asked with a shocked face,
"It was in box in the attic" she replied,
"Tell uncle Ed am coming back home, there is somethings we need to discuss" he replied and hung up the phone, he then booked the next flight back home, Edward was at the grocery store picking up home groceries, when he went to the counter to make his payment three men in black suits entered the store, soon as they entered the owner of the store left the store, Edward stood in front of the counter so confused as to why the owner left the store, "hello James" said one of the men that entered the store, Edward was a little bit shocked cause no one addresses him by that name anymore, he turned his head around to look at them and then turned it back to face the counter without saying anything, he had to pretend like he doesn't recognise the name, "or perhaps should I call you Edward" added the man, he got even more shocked but he tried hard not to show it, he turned around and faced them,
"are you talking to me" he asked acting surprised,
"I was trying to figure out how did doctor Bennard manage to hide from me for such a long time" said the man,
"Who" asked Edward, still pretending that he doesn't know what he was talking about
"Oh, you're good" said the man with a smile on his face, "anyways it was you, you were the one who helped hiding her" continued the man, Edward just stood there acting confused, he was also looking for quick way out so he could escape,
"She must have given you the reason as to why she was on the run, my biggest guess is that she told you the whole story didn't she" said the man while looking at him, Edward tried running towards the door but it was locked, the man and his other two associates moved closer to him,
"You must be feeling rather clever, judging by they way you managed to hide from me for ten years" continued the man, he then pulled out a gun from his waist, he reached inside his suit and pulled out a silencer and slowly attached it to the gun, Edward was still facing the door at that moment,
"Just know whatever she told you, I can't let that word get out to the public" he said while aiming the gun at Edward, "so this wasn't personal" he added and pulled the trigger, a little blood from Edward's headed splashed on the door of the store, he fell hard down on the floor like a giant log, the bullet got him on the head, the man together with his associates left the store and disappeared.
Few hours later Ben arrived at the airport and Mary was there to pick him up, soon as she saw him she gave him a big tight hug,
"I missed you buddy" she said as she pulled away from the hug,
"You look nice munchkin, how have you been" he replied with a bright smile on his face,
"Bad" she replied with a frown face,
"Trust me I've seen worse" he replied and they started walking out of the airport heading back to Mary's car, "is uncle Ed with you" he asked as they walked out,
"No he's out picking out groceries" she replied
"I thought that was supposed to be your job" Ben replied
"He wanted to cook today's meal" she replied while opening the door to the car, the went in and left the airport going back home, when they reached home Mary got a very weird phone call as they got out of the car, the call left her speechless with her mouth wide open, she had received a phone call about her uncle's death, she slowly lowered her hand that was holding the phone away from her ear, and in disappointment she sat on the ground,
"What's wrong" asked Ben, she slowly raised her head to look at him,
"Uncle Ed, Ed is gone" she replied with a sad face and so frustrated,
"How" he asked with a shock,
"He was shot at the store" she replied , her reply was accompanied with a little sobs, so confused Ben walked away from the car, his arms on his waist thinking about the terrible news that he just heard, after a few moments of sorrow he realized something, so he turned and went back to the car where Mary was still sitting on the ground next to the car,
"Pack your bags we need to leave" he said as he walked close to her,
"Leave!, and go where, our uncle is dead, Ben, where do you want me to go"  she replied while crying, salty tear drops running down her chicks,
"Don't you get it, it's them, it has to be, they are trying to draw us in so they kill us too, they already killed mom now they have uncle Ed, who's left in the picture, us" he replied so serious and there was no hint of any sadness in his eyes, "and I bet they are on their way to finish us off right now, so please, let's leave" he added, she looked at him for a few seconds and then she wiped out her tears with her hands, held out her held for him to help her up, she went in the house and grabbed a few of her things and they left the house.
It was the night of Mr. Carmen's birthday party, the rooftop was filled with very important and wealthy people in the city, so the security had to be very tight and careful, the police together with the agents were in the party disguising themselves as normal guests, there were two guards standing at both sides of the entrance, in their hands they were holding tablets that had the list of the people who were supposed to be at the party, Henry was at the position where he could see Mr. Carmen meanwhile Claire was chief of security making sure that everyone was in position, Mary and Lucy disguised themselves as waitress supplying drinks even though they were  other waitresses giving out drinks in the party and they were all known, they covered every possible way that the assasin may show up, the party went on well for quite sometime and so far people were enjoying it, a time came for Mr. Carmen to raise a toast and give out a small speech, so Mary brought him a drink and went back at the bar and sat down to watch him raise his toast, "everyone if I could have your attention please" he said with his glass in the air, "I'd like to raise a toast to all of you, my friends, and my family for showing up to celebrate my birthday, Its really great seeing all of your faces together at the same place, am really happy to see you here" said Mr. Carmen with his drink still in the air, "so here's to making memories that we may forget, but with people we won't forget", he said with a smile on his face and he then drank his drink, everyone in the party joined him by drinking their drinks, few seconds after he drank his drink he started feeling unwell, the drink started burning out his neck till he couldn't stand anymore and fell down, people ran quickly towards him to help him up, his neck was very corroded and there were small holes on it that showed the inside of his neck, Henry was still standing at his position at this moment, he knew exactly that it was the assasin that was responsible for that, he also knew that whoever the assasin is, they are going to try to escape with a motorcycle because it what they usually do, so he left the party as they were still helping him, Lucy saw him leave the party but she couldn't follow him cause she was calling an ambulance, all the people were still in shock about what just happened, one of the police pieces it all together and realized that it had to be Mary cause she was the one that gave him the drink, In the meantime Mary Allen was comfortably sitting in her chair looking at them watching him die, all the police who disguised themselves as guests started coming towards her to arrest her, she stood up from the chair, took off her heels and started running towards the edge of the roof, and without hesitation she jumped off the roof, she used a grappling  rope to help her land safely without getting hurt, she then quickly ran to where she parked her motorcycle, she found Henry comfortably leaning on it waiting for her to show up,
"You know from the moment I saw this motorcycle, I knew you were here" he said while pulling out his gun, but that didn't scared her, "I should have known it was this whole time, you managed to fool as all" he added with his gun aimed at her, without any hesitation she continued walking towards the motorcycle, Henry fired a shot aiming at her right shoulder, cause he wanted to catch her alive, but she dodged it by moving to the left, he then fired another shot and this time aiming at her left shoulder and she still dodged it by moving to right, by the time he wanted to fire the third shot she was already close to him her chest few inches away from mouth of the gun, she quickly dismantled the gun before he could fire another shot,
"you leave me no choice", she said while looking straight at his face, she punched him in the face with a piece of the gun she was holding in her hand, he fell down hard to the ground with a little blood dripping on top of his left eyebrow, she went ahead on top of her motorcycle and drove away, by the time all the police and other security reached the ground she was already gone, they ended up helping him up from the ground,
"where is she" asked Claire as she got close to him
"She's already gone" he replied moving closer to him while limping on one foot,
"So was it really Mary" she said while crossing his arm over her shoulder to help him walk, before he could answer a sound of car was heard coming from behind them, they slowly turned around to see who it was, the car parked and someone got out of the car, they couldn't see the person clearly cause front lights of the car were on, the person came out running towards them, they were so shocked to see that it was Mary Allen,
"guys, I've been duped" she said as she got close to them, the other police quickly ran towards her and arrested her, "what's wrong" she asked in a shock not knowing what was happening,
"You are responsible for the death of Mr. Carmen, everything you say, may be used against you in the court of law" said one of the cop as he cuffed her hands,
"What do you mean......, I...,I didn't do anything, she's trying to frame me" said while panicking cause she had no idea what was going on, "Henry tell them" she added while looking at him, he looked back at her his eyes full of despair and regret, there was nothing he could do cause all the everyone at the party saw her kill him and every evidence point towards her, "Claire" she screamed as they took her to the car.
At the station they took her to the interrogation room while another forensic was performing an autopsy on Mr.carmen's body, Lucy was watching the security footage looking for any evidence that could exonerate her friend from the case, Henry and Claire were getting ready to interrogate Mary, Mary was sitting in the chair so frustrated and confused she had completely lost hope and no idea what to do next, she was still on handcuffs that were chained on the table, Henry was in the next room watching her through a tinted glass, "we need to go" said Claire, as she tapped him on the shoulder, he sighed a little and they went inside the interrogation room, the opening of the door got Mary's attention because she had her head held down helplessly, she was so happy to them see cause she knew that they were there to help,
"We're here to ask you some questions" said Henry as he was moving towards the table, he was so serious that there was no any hint of sympathy on his face, he and Claire pulled out their chairs and sat down,
"We went through phone records and found a list of people you called in the last hour" said Claire,
"There's Ben......."
"That's,....that's my brother" Mary interrupted, her voice was shaking a little bit cause she had never been in this kind of situation before, "I got text from him that he was at the airport so I had go pick him up" she continued, "I even texted you that I was going to be late" she added while pointing at Henry,
"I never got any text" Henry replied while shaking his head,
"It's true she did text you, but I don't think you got it, here" said Claire while handing him the paper with Mary's phone records, he looked at the records for a few seconds and saw there were also three missed call from both Claire and Lucy,
"Why were you calling Lucy and Claire" he asked,
"That's what I was trying to tell you, I've been duped, when I got at the airport I called my brother and he said he never sent any text, that's when I knew that the assasin was going to use my face so I was calling to warn you guys" said Mary, she even hit the table to prove a point, as they were still going on with the interrogation one of the forensic that was responsible for examining Mr. Carmen's body and the glass he drank from entered the room in a hurry,
"I found something" he said after he got in,
"What" asked Claire,
"there was hydrochloric acid in his drink, that's how she did it, also Lucy's finger print are on the glass that Mr. Carmen drank from" he said, they all got confused with what he just said because they clearly saw Mary handing him the glass,
"Are you sure" Claire asked in a shock,
"Very" he replied, Henry sighed a little in a disappointment,
"She's trying to divide us" Mary Interrupted, they all turned around to look at her, "she knows we are the only ones who can catch her so,.....so she destroy the trust between us" added Mary with a little flair in her eyes, "the more the trust between us is broken the harder it is for us to catch her, and trust me when a trust is broken it can't be fixed" she continued, Henry gave a thought of what she just said and realized that she's telling the truth. Few minutes later after proving she was innocent so they let her free to go, after fixing a few things inside his office Henry was also leaving the station, he met  Mary standing outside the station waiting for a taxi
"Hey" he said standing next to her,
"Hi" she replied with a little head node,
"Need a ride home" asked Henry,
"No I just called an Uber, it will be here soon" she replied, the conversation went dry for a second, everyone looking away from each other and feeling shy,
"Am sorry about today" said Henry breaking the ice,
"I know, you were just doing your job" she replied, "I would have done the same" she added,
"No, No it was not right, I was supposed to trust you when you me the most, I didn't do that" he replied, she turned to her left where he was standing and gave him a very sad look, her eyes looked watery and about to cry, she then quickly turned away and faced the road, a little tear drop fell from her left eye but she quickly wiped it with her hand,
"Are you ok" asked Henry,
"Yeah am good, am ok, am just a little tired" she replied, trying to hide away her sadness,
"What a long night huh" he replied
"Anyways I just want you know that, I am deeply sorry for hurting you" said Henry, and he then started leaving,
"Henry" she called out his name, he stopped walking and slowly turned around to face her, she quickly ran towards him and hugged him, her head laid on his chest her eyes tightly closed, and small tear drops running down her chicks, he slowly put his arms around her,
"Don't ever do that to me again" she said while sobbing,
"I promise" he replied.
Next morning the press had the station surrounded asking questions about the people's safety, word on Mr. Carmen's death was already out to the public, and the people needed some answers, the chief of the station Mr. Eric Hunt was there to answer everybody's question and relieve them from their worries, after he was done talking to the press he entered inside the station and found Henry standing next to Lucy, it looked like they were waiting for him to enter,
"You guys better be have something for me because the crowd is growing impatient" he said while pointing his finger at their faces,
"We are this close to catching her sir" replied Henry while showing small using his fingers
"Almost" shouted Mr. Eric, "what am I supposed to do with an almost, I want results" he added and then started walking heading to his office, "oh and I almost forgot" said Mr. Eric as he turned around to face them, " the FBI are on their way, they want to know where we are on the case or else they are shutting us down and taking over the case" he continued
"They can't really do that can they" asked Henry in a shock,
"Actually they can so, get your story straight" said Mr. Eric and left,
"Speaking of having something, I think I got something yesterday" said Lucy as they watched Mr. Eric go,
"What do you have for me" asked Henry,
"She has a barcode tattoo" replied Lucy,
"Who, the assasin or the thief" asked Henry so confused,
"The assasin" replied Lucy and started walking away, Henry also remembered seeing the tattoo when she was dismantling his gun, he then quickly walked to catch up with her,
"Yeah I saw it too, but I think I also saw it somewhere else, i just can't remember where, any clue to what it means" said Henry
"Still work on it" said Mary
"Did she leave a Marshmello helmet" asked Henry soon as he caught up to her,
"A white Marshmello helmet, but this time it was empty" replied Lucy as they kept walking,
"Empty, what do you mean empty" replied Henry in a shock,
"I mean there was nothing inside so........." replied Lucy, Henry stopped walking and sighed a little, he looked utterly disappointed because he had no other way of catching the assasin or the thief, and he had to prepare to debrief the FBI on their case when they show up in the next hour, things were just getting tough and tougher each time. Thirty minutes later Mary and Claire showed up and found the situation all heated up, they gathered all helped gathering evidences that they have been collecting throughout  the investigation, they were completely set for debriefing the FBI on their investigation, "did you do what asked the other day" asked Henry looking at Mary
"Yeah" she replied and handed him a flash drive,
"What's that" asked Lucy with a curious face,
"You'll see" he replied with a little smirk on his face,
"Okay, now you're scaring me" she replied.
An hour was already gone and there were three people from FBI were already at the station talking to the their chief Mr. Eric demanding to know how the investigation was going on, the chief called Henry and his crew to come and explain where they have gotten with investigation,  almost a quarter of an hour was gone and  everyone but Henry had already said their part in the in the investigation, it was time for him to say what he had discovered in investigating the case, he went to the front of the room and behind him there was big computer screen, he plugged in the drive that Mary gave to him and then turned around to look at everyone else, "what am about to show you is quite shocking" said Henry, suddenly everyone in the room was paying attention to hear what he had to say, the screen behind him displayed everything that was in folder that the assasin the other night,
"When I was doing this investigation I realized that it all had to do with fall of the Raven Labs" he continued, this shocked every person in the room including Mr. Eric, most people stated murmuring around the room not believing what he just said, 
"what makes you say that" said one the people from the FBI,
"The Raven Labs had project going on before it fell, they called it project Alcatrez, they recruited fifty pregnant women who wanted to abort their pregnancies and let them give birth, the kids that were born  became a part of the project. The project was looking to enhance the level of adrenaline in the human body at all times by altering specific DNA sequences, the results expected were to increase agility, speed, strength, thinking capacity, and the senses of a human being" Henry explained,
"When you say senses, what do you mean" asked one of the FBI
"I mean, vision, hearing, smelling, they could even sense danger before it happens, so basically they were creating a super soldier" replied Henry, everyone In was just shocked with what he was telling them,
"Why kids" asked the other FBI,
"I don't know, may be because they are easy to control" he replied, the FBI wrote something down on his note book and then slowly raised his head,
"What does this have to do with the killer and the thief" asked the FBI agent,
"You didn't let me finish" Henry replied,
"Mr. Bhode, Mr. Carmen, and Mr. Dion are the ones who funded the project eighteen years ago, I assume that something must have gone wrong and they had to abort the project, and they tried destroying the evidence by setting the lab on fire and killing all the kids, and am guessing two of the kids survived the fire that day, and they are the ones we are looking for" continued Henry,
"What about the other people who died before them, because they died in the same pattern as those three" asked the FBI,
"They were all involved in Raven Labs case, some of them were adversaries" Henry replied,
"And what's with the picture with question over there" asked the agent while pointing at an empty picture with a question mark on the screen, as he asked the question Mary got a phone call from his brother Ben and he had to leave the room to answer it
"We are still looking at it, but from what I can say is that, whoever that is, they might be the brains to Raven Labs operation, they are.........,"
suddenly a weired glitch on the screen behind him interrupted his talk, then the power to the whole station went down and then turned on again, Mary was outside the meeting room when the signal to her phone just suddenly went off, she took her phone away from her ear looked at it, it was also experiencing a glitch, suddenly the corridor where she was standing went dark and after a few seconds the power turned on, and basically all the computer screens in the station including everyone's cellphone was displaying a photo a question mark that was inside a circle, everyone was still shocked and confused to what was happening, "you all look lost for ideas" a voice was heard from every device that had a speaker inside the station, the voice was similar to the one that doctor Bennard heard on the night that Raven Labs went on fire, everyone in the station could hear the voice, it was very loud and deep,
"I feel your loss, I also know what is like to loose, you become so desperate for a win and end up failing, none the less" continued the voice, everyone was so confused asking themselves where the voice was coming from and why their computers, laptops and phones were'ntworking,
"You guys just couldn't live with your failure, and where did that bring you, back to me, you think you are close to knowing who I am, but in truth you are no different to a blind man looking for his way home, what you have is just a glimpse of who I am, I am so much more, I am........ inevitable, I could tell you who I but where is the fun in that, I want to see your annoying shocked little faces when you finally see me, and it will already be too late, I've left a present for you, trust me you'll know when you see it" said the voice, soon as the voice went quiet the power to the station went off and after a few seconds the power went back on again, Mary was still at the corridor just outside the meeting room, she looked back at her phone and it was working again, and so was every other device in the station, she turned around and went back to the meeting room, she found everyone still shocked and confused about what just happened Henry turned around to look at the screen and it was blank, all the files that they had on the Question mark and project Alcatrez were gone, as he was still surprised that his documents have been erased a man entered running inside the room, "sir the data servers have been erased" said the man soon after entering the room,
"What do you mean" asked Mr. Hunt,
"All the data we have or..., had has been wiped all the computers are blank, there's no any record of any case that has been filed, all the computers are clean as new" said the man,
"That means" Lucy interrupted,
"All the evidences of the ongoing cases......"
"Are gone" the man interrupted before she could finish, Mr. Hunt was so calm trying not to panic even though the situation was very bad, everyone in the room was even more shocked to what they just heard,
"Meeting adjourned" shouted Mr. Hunt, "we'll pick this up tomorrow" he added and then he stood up from his chair, as he was about to start leaving, another man entered the room while running "sir you need to see this" said the man, he then grabbed a remote at the table that was next to Henry and pressed it, the screen showed people protesting in the streets, there was a lot of turmoil going on that it wasn't safe to go outside,
"Where is that" asked Henry while pointing at the screen,
"It's just outside the station sir" the man replied,
"What are they protesting about" asked Claire,
"There's a rumor spreading that criminals are going to be released because the evidence that's holding them has been erased" replied the man
"But that just happened five minutes ago, how did this get out to the public" Claire asked, the man had no reply other than shaking his head in disappointment,
"We still have no idea" he replied,
"Get me out of here" said Mr. Hunt, and then got out of the meeting room,
"But sir this might be the safest place for you to stay" said Henry who was following behind him,
"I need to get this situation settled as soon as possible, and I can't do that while am in here" answered Mr. Hunt as he walked away, "oh and you're in charge, try not make the situation even more worse while am gone" he added and then got in the elevator with the two men that entered the room, Henry turned around to go back to the meeting room and the three FBI agents were also leaving "where are you going, you are supposed to be helping us resolve this" he said to them
"We have to report this to our superiors, they are the ones who will fix this, we'll be back tomorrow when everything has calm down" replied one of the FBI agents and they left, once Henry got back to the meeting room he found the three ladies still looking at the protesters in the screen,
"Guys it's up to us now, how do we deal with that" he said walking towards them while pointing at the screen, they all turned around to face him,
"Forget that, who the hell wiped out all of our computers" said Claire,
"They are the reason that all this is happening" Lucy added,
"I think that's pretty obvious, its the Question mark, right" said Claire
"No, it's definitely her, the assasin" Henry replied, they all looked at him with a concerned face, "I think she's after Mr. Hunt" he added
"What do you mean, Mr. Hunt wasn't visited by the thief" said Lucy,
"I don't know, just call it hunch" he replied and tilted his head down in disappointment,
"I still think it's the Question mark" said Claire,
"whoever he is they are afraid we close to finding who they are, so they took the liberty of destroying the only means of us finding them" said Claire,
"and also that" she added while pointing at the screen "that is the present they were talking about"
"Guys" Mary Interrupted, they all paid attention to listen to her cause she hadn't spoken for a while,
"Whatever just happened is not so easy to pull of, so whoever did this, either the question mark, the assasin or the thief, they were pretty much inside the building when it was all happening, and I bet they haven't left" said Mary,
"So how do we find them" asked Henry
"I don't know" she replied while shaking her head slowly, she then turned around to look at the screen,
"All the CCTV footage of the building has been wiped so there's no other way to get them" said Claire, soon as she finished talking Mary started leaving heading out of the room,
"Hey where are you going" asked Henry quickly,
"Bathroom" she said as she kept walking,
"Why" he asked so surprised, she turned around to face with frown on her face,
"To take a tennis lesson" she replied sarcastically and then left the room, before they could continue suddenly Henry got a phone call from his ex military friend he waited for a few seconds and then answered it,
"Hey what's up" asked Henry
"I found something you need to get here as fast as you can" said Charlie on the other end of the phone,
"Aaaah,... Am kind of in a situation here can't we do this over the phone" he replied,
"No get here now" he replied and then hung up the phone,
"You two handle that" he said while pointing at the chaos happening outside their station, "I have to go" he added then turned around and started leaving the room,
"where are you going" asked Lucy,
"I'll tell you when I get back" he shouted as he left the room, Claire and Lucy looked at each other's face and sighed in disappointment, meanwhile Mary instead of going to bathroom she went James's office, James is great hacker and very good with tech,
"Hey I need a favour" she said as she got inside,
"That's surprising considering you've never asked me for anything" he replied so surprised with what Mary just said,
"Are you going to help me or not" she asked,
"Fine, what do you need" he replied,
"I need a video footage of the meeting room" she replied,
"Anything after the Question mark's wave" he replied
"What about during the Question mark's wave., can you get that" she asked, the look on his face suddenly changed after hearing what Mary just said, he went to his computer and started typing random keys on the keyboard, "let me see what I can do" he said as he kept typing on the keyboard, Mary's head was over his shoulder watching everything he was doing, after a few minutes of random typing he managed to get the CCTV footage which Mary asked for, he transferred it into hard drive and gave the hard drive to her, she went to her office plugged in the hard drive in her computer and watched the video, she put fast forward to the moment she left room to talk on the phone, in the video soon as the power went out everybody in the room was shocked and confused except for Mr. Hunt, he didn't even flinch, it was almost like he knew exactly what was going on, she watched the video three times just to make sure, she also realized he was very calm when the Question mark was speaking, that's when she came up to the conclusion that Mr. Hunt was the Question mark.
Henry reached at Charlie's store and found him at the counter "what's so important that it got me out of work" said Henry once he reached the counter, "just a sec" he replied, charlie left the counter and went to close the store, he came back and together they went through the door behind the counter inside the room there was a small office where he does some of his work, so he went ahead and sat down on his chair in front of his computer, he turned it on and started showing Henry who was behind him what he had discovered, "I looked at the video of bank theft and the video of Mr. Bhode's assassination, and I saw something really strange, for some reason the thief and the killer have the exactly same height" said Charlie, "not an inch taller or shorter it's exactly the same" he added,
"But things like that just happen right" asked Henry,
"No, they don't, height is variant trait, people can't have the exact same height it's impossible" he replied,
"I also found something else, they also happen to be having the same tattoo, barcode below the palm of their hand with a number underneath it, forty eight" continued charlie,
"I've this before" said Henry while pointing at the tattoo in the computer, he tried to recall for a second where he saw that tattoo, and after a few seconds he remembered he saw the tattoo on Mary's hand the day of their first date, but he didn't want to believe that, "hey did you ID any of their faces" asked Henry,
" i don't think you understand, there's no thief or assasin, its just one person playing two characters to confuse you" he replied, "and yes I did get her face" he added, he then pressed a button on the computer and a picture popped up on the screen, it was a picture of Mary Allen,  henry was so shocked after seeing the picture, "are you sure its her" he asked
"Yeah, it took me quite a while to get that photo but i did" he replied,
"I have to go" Henry replied quickly, and started walking out of the room,
"Wait allover sudden" he shouted as he left the room, he quickly walked back to his car and started it, he the took out his phone and called Claire,
"Hey am kinda busy here" she said soon as she answered the call
"I'll be quick, is Mary there" he replied,
"Actually I haven't seen her in a while, why don't you call her" replied Claire, she was outside the station with Lucy trying to settle down the protest
"That's just it I can't reach her" he replied,
"Hang on I'll go check with Lucy" she replied and then went and gave Lucy the phone who was close by,
"He's asking about Mary" said Claire while handing him the phone,
"The last minute I saw Mary was in her office,what's up" she replied when she put the phone on her ear,
"Listen to me carefully and don't hang up the phone" said Henry soon as she responded, he was quickly driving back to the station, "I want you to go to her office and see if she's still there" he added,
"Ok now you are scaring me, is she the next target" Lucy replied with a paranoid face,
"Just do it" said Henry on the other end of the phone, both Lucy and Claire went inside the station to Mary's forensic office, the office was empty but her computer was still on, Claire got close to the computer and saw the video Mary was playing before she left, she played it over again but this time there was a small red circle circled over Mr. Hunt on the video, once the video was over Claire turned around to look at Lucy who still had the phone on her ear, "I think she found out who the Question mark is" said Claire,
"She's not here, but I think she knows who the Question mark is" said Lucy talking Henry over the phone,
"Who is it" asked Henry
"It's Mr. Hunt" Lucy replied as he got closer to Mary's computer, Henry was quite shocked on the other end of the phone that he remained silent without saying a word for a couple of seconds,
"Henry are you there asked" asked Lucy,
"Yeah, yeah am here, I have another Ice breaker" he replied, "Mary is the both the assasin and the thief we've been looking for"
