CHAPTER 5

    I rolled my body over the bed and reached over to grab my friend Niall to hold, but he wasn't there. I tapped the emptiness with my hand for a moment, keeping my eyes shut… but I was right, I was all alone. I sat up slowly and rubbed my eyes in the bright room that I had only experienced at night. I looked over at a note on Niall's pillow that said,

"Kiki:) Had to go to a meeting with management. The girls will be picking you up at 10. Have a fun first day in London!"

I smiled at the thought that I'd be hanging out with Danielle, Eleanor, and Angela today. They could give me some insight on the rest of the boys and just show me the ropes of being in this new found spot light. Even though Niall and I had been friends forever, I was never involved with One Direction, so this was all so new. I looked over at the clock on the counter that said 9:55am.

Aw crap.

They'd be here in 5 mins.

I some what fell out of bed as I scurried over to the bathroom to change, putting on a sweet dress and putting my hair in a pony tail.

    As I was putting on the last bit of mascara I heard a knocking at the door, looked like the girls were here. When I set everything down on the counter and ran to let them inside, I couldn't help but notice little butterflies appear in my stomach. I didn't know them very well… I was like the "new girl" at school and I was basically being shown the ropes by the popular girls. No pressure, Keely. No pressure at all.

on the bright side, these "popular girls" weren't backstabbing bitches. They were all as sweet as can be.

I swung open the door to see Danielle, Eleanor, and Angela smiling over at me with excitement written across their lovely faces.

"Hey there pretty girl!" Eleanor yelled opening her arms to give me a hug. I pleasantly accepted, I was a hugger.

"Hey! Uh, honestly I had no clue we'd be spending the day together today, Niall sort of left me a note in bed this morning…" I began to say.

"Ohhh! Can we see your room!?" Angela asked me as she ran inside without an answer.

Danielle laughed as she said, "Oh Gel. Don't mind her, she's a child at heart."

I simply nodded my head as El, Dani and I walked down the hall after her.

as we made our way down, Angela slowly popped her head around the corner of the bedroom door frame.

"Uh, ha… this is Niall's bedroom?" She asked me.

"Yeah. He didn't have the guest room set up yet so I'm just sleeping in his bed with him." I responded as I shrugged my shoulders.

Dani spun her face towards mine quickly with a surprised look upon her face.

"Wait do you two have a thing? Or did you ever?" She asked me curiously.

I laughed and ran my fingers through my bangs.

"We definitely don't have a thing, and we never have." I answered her honestly.

She nodded unsure of my answer as Eleanor put her arm around me.

"You're a funny one, Keels. Now let's go get some Starbucks!" She shouted with joy.

    "You want to know the inside scoop about the boys, huh?" Danielle asked me as the other two sipped there coffees.

"Yeah, honestly I don't really know what to expect from them all. Or the little things I should know." I answered her after I drank some of my mocha frap.
