Amara faced many issues and struggles in her life, after he father had passed from reasons that were never explained to her she started getting into drinking and some drugs. Her mother couldn't take it anymore and left her to live her own life at the age of 16 she had been looking after herself and somehow managing Highschool.
She was now 17 turning 18 in a couple of months, she had a small group of friends who weren't exactly popular as they were the so called "nerdy stoners" and sometimes "emos" Amara was used to this so after she got ready and made herself some toast she packed her bag and left for school.
Once she arrived at school she was greeted with the usual "emo" "junkie" name calling but she just flipped them off and kept walking up until she froze and looked at this one dude...
Kaileb one of the "popular" "cool" kids but everyone new his family was apart of the scariest gangs in LA so most people just admired from afar even his best friends knew to stay away from him
