It happened during their first heroics lesson, the first day of school, they didn't expect to find what they did. They'd just gotten done with their lesson, four students trying to become heroes, and before they could exit the building the ground caved in. It was dark, and when they could see again pieces of the building had fallen around them and they were in a very deep hole.
Uraraka looked up at the hole they fell through, "How are we going to get back up?"
Bakugo shouted, "I can get back up just fine with my quirk!"
"You can't." They all froze, that wasn't any of them, they looked around and Iida spoke, "Show yourself, who are you?"
"What do you want here?"
Uraraka looked a little afraid, "What do you mean?"
"You came here, to my home, and caused a lot of noise beforehand, now tell me what you want before I become angry."
Bakugo spoke, "You're pathetic you-."
Midoriya cut him off, "We don't want anything, we came here on accident, we'll leave as soon as we figure out how."
They heard a hum from the darkness, "You're telling the truth, very well, I will help you escape this place you will lose your way in the darkness otherwise."
Then someone stepped out of the darkness, a boy that was their age wearing green and black armor. It looked like it was made from a tough leather, but it wasn't leather, they had no idea what it was. He was also wearing a white cloak, despite his age he gave off an aura that put them on edge a little.
Bakugo didn't look impressed, "And how the hell are you going to get us out of here mole?"
"You have gotten the wrong impression, we are a different kind of beast."
All of a sudden fire sprang up and the students had to cover their eyes and back away from the heat. The flames died as quickly as they appeared but before they could look to see what happened they were grabbed by something. They heard a strong flapping noise, they sounded like large wings, and when they could see clearly again they found a beast.
It had red and black scales, wings like a bat's with the same colors, and it looked human, it took them a few seconds to realize it was the boy. They were blinded again when they saw more light, but this time it was from the sun, and when their eyes adjusted they saw the rest of their class. At the front of the class All Might was standing there and the entire class looked up at them in shock.
Then the boy threw them at All Might's feet, "Take the children Mouse, and do not disturb our home again."
All Might looked like he was ready for a fight, "Where did you come from?"
"You question me when these children disturbed us and our home? I should hope you have enough sense to realize when you are the one in the wrong little mouse."
Midoriya looked at him, something was different, he spoke and sounded different from the boy they'd talked to. "You're not the same guy from before, who are you?"
The creature looked at him, "You have more sense than most mice."
All Might spoke, "I'm sorry all of this happened, but you are trespassing."
"Trespassing?! I was here long before you, or this school, you know nothing little mouse, and if it were up to me I'd teach you exactly who you are messing with."
Iida spoke, "You make it sound like it isn't your choice."
"Luckily for you little mice he is far more compassionate than I am, you can thank him for your lives."
All of a sudden the flames came back and the creature landed on the ground, they heard bones cracking and growls of pain. When the flames were gone the boy from before was standing in front of them, "I'm actually surprised he let you live."
All Might's smile was tense, "And who are you young man?"
"The one who's home you messed up."
All Might laughed a little, "I'm very sorry about that, it wasn't intentional."
"I should hope not, carry on with your little training exercise but leave us alone."
With that the boy fell backward into the hole, everyone ran to the edge but he was already gone, swallowed up by the darkness of the hole. Later that day, after school was done for the day, All Might told the other teachers what happened. In the end they decided to investigate the hole and its occupant, they went down into the hole and found nothing.
Nothing but a sleeping boy, the second anyone tried to get near him he woke up and Aizawa was on the ground before anyone could do anything. "We told you to leave us alone."
All Might spoke while in his other, far less intimidating form, "Um, we know, but we wanted to ask you some questions."
"We don't care, you broke into our home, disturbed our peace, and now you knowingly came here again, give us one good reason why we should show you mercy."
Aizawa spoke, "You wouldn't have helped those kids if you wanted to hurt anyone, you wanted to help them."
"That doesn't mean he does."
He got up and pulled Aizawa up with him before pushing him back, Nezu smiled, "You haven't hurt anyone, I'm sure we can work out a way for you to stay."
The boy growled and flames flickered around him, he stepped back and turned away from them, "Don't, I'll handle it, trust me."
The flames died down and the boy let out a breath before turning back to them, "This place was never yours, now you need to leave before you make things worse."
Nezu's smile fell, "If we leave will you come to the school some time, so I can ask you some questions?"
"When we're willing to, now go away, we're tired."
The teachers followed Nezu and Midnight looked at the principal, "Are you sure it's okay to leave him down there? He could hurt someone."
Nezu didn't even look at her, "If he wanted to hurt someone he would have by now, he wants to be left alone, that's why he'll come to talk to me, because if he doesn't he knows we'll go back there again."
The teachers looked at each other as they followed him back to the school, this was going to be strange.
