Permanent vacation

Chapter 1

Jaiden's POV:

"That it for today!" Steve shouted.
"Finally." I sighed putting the last few trailing wires in a box.
"Jaiden were going to grab a pizza, would you care to join us?" Alex said pulling a jacket out her bag. Alex's bag is like Mary Poppins, when ever you need anything it magically in there.
"Sure! Let me just see who we're setting up for next Saturday." I said running off to a pin board what had all the names of bands we would set up for.
"Hmmmmmm" I said dragging my finger down the glass.
I finally found the people we were setting up for and it jets said 5 the ret was scribbled out, I bet it's like that stupid 5th harmony
(Sorry if you guys like them but I really don't but please don't get offended)
I really hate 5th harmony there so bossy and stubborn. oh well I'll get over it I sighed and walked back over to Jess,Alex and Abbie.
"Do you know who we're setting up for?" Jess smiled.
"It just said 5 and the rest was scribbled out but I think it's 5th harmony again."
Everyone groaned and mumbled a comment about them under there breath.
We walked out the arena and over the road to a pizza takeaway.
We all ordered our own pizzas and walked home eating them, we all shared a flat, Abbie tyres to keep it clean but me Jess and Alex are... well can be really untidy sometimes.
We walked up the stairs stuffing our faces with pizza it was quite a walk up the stairs,normally we take the lift and I don't know why we took the stairs.
"Do you reckon if you were really really rich and wanted to loose weight you could get standing tickets to a concert and just dance and jump to loose weight?" She said looking really serious.
"Most probably, but you don't want to pay tickets to a opera and be like bouncing around and dancing." Alex giggled.
"Imagine that walking into a Susan boil concert and jumping around head banging like your at a all time low or a cut the vail concert." Abbie giggled. we all stopped and looked at her.
"Ermmm...abbie do you mean pierce the vail not cut?" Alex said grinning and about to laugh.
"Yeah,i was thinking how do the pizza people cut the pizza so straight and then there's me with odd looking slices." Abbie said looking at her box of half eaten pizza.
we all burst into fits of giggles.
abbie doesn't mean to make things funny but she just waffles on to herself or just comes out with random shit.
Alex opened the door and we all piled in.the flat is quite big but only has 2 bedrooms so we just share or sleep on the sofa or wherever we find comfortable.

We all finished out boxes of pizza and launched the boxes in the bin, all we live on is pizza ,Chinese takeaways,cheese toasties and Nutella. it was about 11:55 and I was so tired from today, I set up lead guitar and the mic so that means bending down,standing up plugging wires ,running on with extra plectrums, tuning the guitar, making sure it's loud enough, making sure the speaker is ok then go through sound check then put everything away.So my job is hard work it's not as bad as jess's she has to set up the drums which is tons harder that mine.
Alex does lead singer and there guitar and Abbie does bass, she is amazing at bass.
So normally after work i get my pjs on and go to bed ready to be at work the next day. through the week it's only checking the equipment and testing it and also bands that aren't well known do little gigs but that's about it but on week ends it's hell if it's a huge concert that's when my work gets put to the test.

"Jaiden are you coming to watch mean girls again?" Jess beamed.
"Not tonight Jess my back is killing me." I said shuffling into mine and Abbie's bedroom.
I slid on my pyjamas and shuffled into my bed.
our room was quite clean except from my side, the floor was covered in worn cloths and shoes. But that's the way I am.
I plugged my phone in on charge then drifted off into a deep comfortable sleep.
