All the akatsuki members said that Tobi is an idiot, hhe will never be truly loved by someone, he is a grown man with childish behavior and annoying voice, talking none stop, moving none stop.

~AKATSUKI BASE~
Pein just had an emergency meeting with all the members, he said they were running low on money and there is not much information anymore, but they can't fix it cause all the villages nearby had their shinobi on the lookout for the akatsuki
In other words the akatsuki are in bad shape right now and they can't fix it alone, and that's when Kakuzu suggested someone
"Tell me about this Lysandra" Pein said
"I used to meet her in the money collection office, she is a very skilled, rich woman" Kakuzu answered
"I see can you track her down and bring her here?" Pein asked
"Yes i can" he said but stopped for a while, Then he continued "She is a very serious lady, and very hard working, any stupid jokes and she will send you to hell in seconds...keep your cool...it's the only way to get at her good side" Hhe walked out alone without Hidan cause he's an idiot.
~THE WOMAN'S OFFICE~
"I SAID WORK FASTER!" She shouted at her employee
"Miss Rouge"
She turned around and saw a very tall and muscular man standing there with a suitcase
~time pass~
"So your telling me you need my help to find a solution to your akatsuki problem?"
"Pretty much"
"How much can you offer big boy~" She asked seductively
"61 million for now is all i have" he said opening a suit case filled with money, she reached out to grab a stack and ran it through her finger tips
"I was thinking of something more than just money...but i am satisfied now" she said looking at the money with hunger in her eyes
"You got your self a deal, but you know i run one of the most successful companies in the world so i can't really stay at the akatsuki's base and wear this horrible outfit you got going on... however i will be living in one of my mantions near the rain village"
"That's up to our leader, i can't make these decisions-"
"Take me to him"
~AT THE BASE~
"She is here Pein" Konan spoke
"Let her in" He ordered
She walked in with a black suit, black tight pants, thigh high boots with heels and a red tie

Hidan was trying his best not to comment and the others jaws dropped
"Welcome to the akatsuki, I'm pein and I'm god" Pein said
She removed her glasses and looked at him up and down, then sat down at the meetings table
"So tell me about your plans to help us" Pein started
"First of all this place needs serious make over, but that's not why I'm here My name is Miss Rouge, it's bad meeting you all however it's been very. Very boring lately so i decided to help" She continued after examining every member with her red glowy eyes
"From now on i will take responsibility of the money"
She looked at Kakuzu and winked
"And I took it upon my self to hire other men to help gather information for you" you looked at them one by one and said " i will be the one who will-
"NEW MEMBER!"
Everyone turned to see Tobi at the door, he ran toward Miss Rouge and hugged her knocking her glass of wine on her expensive suit
She got up and left out the hide out and they all glared at Tobi
"You are an idiot, she was about to help us get back on our feet" Deidara scolded him
"Don't worry Tobi will fix it!" He said and they all screamed at him "YOU BETTER"
~Out side~
Miss Rouge was near a river, and Tobi assumed she was cleaning her suit
"New member-chan" he said to get her attention, and he soon realized she was changing to another suit a whit one instead
"Tobi is sorry for ruining your suit" he said with a himt of sadness in his tone
She glared at him and said "It's fine...Tobi?"
"Yes yes Tobi" he said happy again
She bent down to tie her shoes but he said "i got it" and bent down to tie it for her
"What's taking you long?" She asked
"Oh hehe, uhhmm...Tobi doesn't know how to tie shoes"
She looked at him disappointed and tied it her self mumbling "what an idiot"
She walked back in and they calm down again and she continued "as i was saying, i will not be here, i will stay at my mantion, so you can consider it a safe place to hide along with my other ones near every village, understood?"
They nodded and she got up to leave
"Wait! You didn't tell Tobi your name" Tobi said
"It's Rouge" Deidara said
She turned around "It's 'miss Rouge' if you value your life little girl" and she walked out and they all burst out laughing at her calling Deidara a little girl.
