"DANNY! DANNY!" I yell while running to my older brother's bedroom. My so called father was back at it again. When he'd get drunk he would take it out on me. He is the reason I'm depressed. He is the reason I cut. He is the reason I don't believe that I am beautiful even though my brother tells me so all the time. I am short with blue eyes and black hair with the underneath red.
I reached Danny's door when I heard my father yelling. "Get back here you stupid bitch! I'll find you!" I turn the knob to Danny's room and bolted to him crying. Danny held me for a long time. When he finally broke the silence and said "Alyx.. Love are you alright?"
