Love. What can you say about love?

It's an amazing feeling between two people. A feeling which drives people to do insane things. Where people put themselves in danger to protect the one they love. Or to prove to someone that their feelings are true.

In all honesty it's never been a concept that I understood. Who would put a target on their back over someone who you wouldn't know whether they'd do the same for you?

I've never had much experience with the emotion personally. I suppose to someone who was a bit more open to it it would be easier. Someone who actually enjoys being around another person. Someone who is available for commitment. Not me though. Having that feeling of being tied down does nothing but make me feel sick. Imagine waking up and going to sleep next to someone for the rest of your life. Having them know every inch of you. Letting yourself be exposed to potential pain and heartbreak. No. Not me.
