Part 1: Kept Prisoner

As little Asfalt was walking in line like she was supposed to one of the gaurds pulled on her chains hard for her to halt. At the front of the line had a 3 year old dragonet layed on the ground passed out.

Everyone was whispering about stuff and she wondered if the dragonet was ok. As all the gaurds but the one with controll of the chains had bullted towards the dragonet.

They picked up the little guy and hauled him to the caverns, with the screaming child punching and squerming around begging he wouldnt do it again. Everyone gasped as the sight of the gaurds had fainted as well as the dragonet.

Right after the gaurd holding our chains hollered " BACK TO WORK YOU LAZY LOUNGH LIZARDS!" Right then one of the sandwings behind Asfult bit his harness and bollted torwards the coal mining gate,which lead outside to the desert.

The gaurd holding the chains dropped them and bollted affter him. Everyone was smart and stayed in place.

Everyone was hollering and jumping around. SHUT UP GUYS! Asfault said. Everyone shushed up and got in formation. Asfualt looked around surprised they listened, but right when she turned her head back around she saw the queen miner standing right in front of her smiling.

"Seems like we got a leader here in this one right girls and boys?" The queen said. As asfualt stood still terrified that she was right in front of the queen. She remembered all the scary rumors the gaurds and older dragonets would say about her. " She would kill anyone if you pissed her off" "iv watched her rip a skull of a scavenger." She was far more scary then all the queens of pyrria combined.

"Today at 12:00 bring all the little ones to me for the picking of who shall be lead of the next age up" The queen said with her spine chilling vioce that made everyone shift thier claws"Back To Work everyone! Queen flamekillers orders!" said the guard holding the chains to everyone.

Hey Asfualt! Whispered qaurry to my ear. What I replied. After we take nightshift want to play contula? Sure I said. Then another dragonet chearped in. Whats contula? She said shyly. Thats when Qauury went into full detail about the game. "Well to play contula you need three rocks, a board, and three people. We use two rocks because two players, but We have three! So the rules are no cheating and no taking players rocks. 

The winning of the game is to make sure you get your rock into the middle first. The other player has to think of a number and the closes guess move that many spaces. Cool the young dragonet said forming a smile on her face. After we played contula it was 11:59 when the gaurd said EVERYBODY UP AND MOVE IT TO THE CASTLE! Right then and there Asfualt's heart dropped.
