" Bria , Get up ! It's moving day ! " My mom yelled in my ear .
I sighed .
" I'm up mom , now leave so I can get dressed please ! " I spoke pushing her out my room .
" Okay , okay but be ready in 10 .. Trucks are coming at 10:35 . " my mom said to me as she walked down stairs .
I've spent all my life in Ohio & today I'm finally getting out of here . My mom got offered a job in Atlanta . So she flew out there a few months ago and found a nice 5 bedroom & 4 bathroom house . Considering the fact that's it's just me , my mom and my little sister Tyanah it's a lot more space then were used to .
Once I got out the shower I got dressed and took a last look at my room before grabbing my phone , purse and a few other boxes I left and went down the stairs .
" Perfect timing honey , I'll take those ." She took the boxes out of my hands and into the back of the truck we rented .
I grabbed Tyanah and walked with her to the truck .
" Let go my hand I'm a big girl honey !"
She a mess.
" Girl , we right here calm down , you only 9 . You ain't grown . " I said to her .
" yes I am . You only 15 so shush little gurl." She said with a attitude
" umm , excuse me I'm 16 & don't be ....." I got cut off .
" If both of y'all don't shut up & get in this car I'm leaving y'all here . " my mom screamed at us .
We got in the truck and drove off .. Can't believe I'm finally leaving . I already said all my goodbyes to the people I actually cared about , everyone else will just have to figure out on dey own .
It's only the beginning :) , pretty short. But more to come ! 😘
