☆ 3rd Person POV ☆

Starlie smiled as Wisp was explaining his idea for Bona's birthday party. Even though Wisp was pretty reserved, he got very excited when he talked about either of his romantic partners. While he would set his idea up, Starlie would distract Bona by taking her out to the mall.

Bona's chains clicked gently across the sides of her leather jacket as they padded alongside her girlfriend, Starlie. Starlie looked at them with admiring, glistening eyes. Starlie and Bona were at the mall. So, many other sounds of Pokémon filled their ears.

" Why didn't Wisp come with us? ", Bona complained, missing her sweet boyfriend.
" I know, Bean, but he had work to do. ", Starlie informed, her ears at her sides with a hint of sadness.
" But he always does work! ", Bone whined, just yearning for their boyfriend's presence.
" I know, I know. He's a really busy guy. He does make us proud though. Plus, he promised he would go see a movie with us later. ", Starlie confirmed, her eyes locked with Bona's.

Bona look brighter with that. She loved the movies, especially with Wisp. That sparkled some excitement in their heart.

" So, where to? ", Bona questioned, looking around at the compilation of the various shops.
" Well, we could go to hot topic. I know you love that brand. ", Starlie suggested, smiling.
Bona's purple eyes sparkled with joy. It was her favorite.
" Yes, let's go! ", They beamed, shifting her chains with a small kick.

Quickly, Starlie rushed after Bona, who was rushing to spot their favorite place to shop.

- Meanwhile -

Wisp smiled as he tied an orange bowtie around his neck. A pleasant feeling whisked through his body and fur, causing him to wag his tail like a dog. Orange also was one of Bona's favorite colors, so it was all connected.

He surveyed himself in his mind, checking off the boxes as he went along.
Balloons? Check.
Decorations? Check.
Food and drink? Check.
Presents? Check.
He smiled, happily, knowing everything was now in its proper place. He grabbed out his phone and set a text to Starlie (Ice Queen), stating that everything was set up for Bona (Bouncy Bean) to arrive.

It took a long while before Starlie even got a chance to usher Bona out of the store. Bona just wanted all the shirts. She could've bought the whole store if Starlie didn't convince them to leave with only a couple of shirts. Bona had to pick and choose, which wasn't fun.

" Now, you gotta put this blindfold on. ", Starlie instructed, handing Bona a dark blue blindfold.
" But why? ", Bona questioned, eying the blindfold.
" Bean, please put it on. ", Starlie sighed, giving Bona her signature puppy dog eyes.

Bona hesitated, looking deeply into Starlie's beautiful blue-green eyes. The Espeon bit her lip, looking away from their girlfriend. Soon, she sighed, knowing they couldn't win with Starlie. The Glaceon was the protective one, after all. Bona trusted her, deeply.

" Fine. ", Bona spoke, her ears down at their sides.
" Thank you. ", Starlie stated, giving her a peck on the cheek.
" You know it always gets me when you do that. ", Bona chuckled, their lavender cheeks brushed with a tint of red.
" That's the point. Now, close your eyes ~ ", Starlie cooed, wrapping the blindfold around Bona's eyes and face.

With the blindfold fully one, Bona had no since of direction.
" It's okay, you can grab my paws. ", Starlie's voice instructed.
Bona reached out and eventually grabbed two paws. They were quite soft, the paws filled Bona with comfort.
" Alright, I trust you. ", Bona stated, truthfully.

Carefully and slowly, Starlie guided Bona towards the front door. Starlie opened the door. Wisp smiled at her, not making any sound, not signaling that he was even there. Starlie made a small gesture to him and he nodded, giving her permission.

With that que, Starlie unwrapped the blindfold from Bona's eyes. When her eyes were revealed, they were glistening with purple as they looked over her surprise.
" Happy birthday, Bean ~ ", Wisp cooed, planting a kiss upon their lavender cheek.
" I love you guys. ", Bona stated, looking at both her partners with so much admiration in their eyes.
