basically how they got the third cat (REAL)
At the apartment Niki stays in, pets are allowed. Which unfortunately led to HiMERU trying his best to catch two cats. Why HiMERU was here? God knows why but he's over there often. He's wondering how the hell Niki and Rinne deal with these things. These cats are fucking chaos. They can and will chase each other around the apartment and knock over anything that could be knocked over in the process.
HiMERU needs them to be home soon. He quite literally cannot handle these two chaotic fuckers they call their babies without Rinne and Niki's help.
Meanwhile, Rinne and Niki were walking home, Rinne heard something. He walked over to where the sound was. Rinne wasn't able to tell what it was at first, since he forgot his glasses at the apartment. "Rinne-kun, what are you- what's that?" Niki asked. "A little kitty." "Rinne-kun, we aren't adopting another cat. We already have two." Niki tried to hide that he wanted the cat, but he couldn't. Rinne knew that he wanted the cat. "C'mon Niki, I know you want the cat~" Niki saw it. The same face Rinne made when he picked him up. The face he couldn't just say no to. After a "long" while (5 minutes), Niki agreed to keep the cat. "Remember that you have to take care of it too." He said to the redhead, who nodded his head.
HiMERU heard a knock on the door. "For goodness sake, have Amagi and Shiina finally arrived? Great. HiMERU was just about to leave." He opened the door and- "Oh, HiMERU-han, I didn't realize you lived with them too." It was Kohaku. Not the person, heck, people HiMERU was expecting but it could've been worse. (Not like Ibara knows where Niki lives right?)
"Ya know.. where are Rinne-han and Niki-han?"
"HiMERU has no clue. He thinks that Amagi may have gotten into a-" And right as HiMERU says that, Rinne and Niki arrive. "WE'RE HOME!!" Rinne yells, as he enters. "Wait, HiMERU is confused. Why did you take so long?" "Rinne found a kitten on the street and we took it home. Also, we found a restaurant and I was hungry." Niki replied. "Wait. Shiina. Did you and Amagi pick up another cat.?" "Yes...?" HiMERU looked confused as hell. Why did they get ANOTHER possible demon? He didn't want to deal with another one when he comes over. "Hey MeruMeru, look at this little thing!!!" Rinne then proceeded to show the small cat to HiMERU, who gave a surprised look. He knew Rinne would not just say "little thing" to him. HiMERU figured Rinne would call the cat "a little bastard". Rinne gave the cat to Niki (which Niki cuddled,, aww) and sat down. HiMERU moved closer to the redhead, who looked like he got into a fight with 3rd graders. His hair was messier than usual, and there were a few bruises on his arms. He got up and started walking to the door with Kohaku, but not before whispering "Please take care of yourself, Amagi." Yeah, no, he totally didn't just hear what HiMERU said. Definitely.
"Soo,, anyways, Niki-kyun, what do we name her??" "Wait, her?" "Mhm-" "Well, what about something that fits the other two's names?" (I forgot to mention, the other two were named Oreos and Butter. Weird names but Niki chose them) "Something like Biscuit?" "Oh, cool, I wanted to name it Quandioapolis the III." "You wanted to name it what now?" "Quandioapolis the III." "Rinne-kun, how do you even spell that?" "I don't know- but can we pLEAse name it that.,.,," "I-" There he goes again. That face. "Fine, we're naming her Quandioapolis the III." Niki sighed.
